just got back from the grocery store... Here's what we're having: Sat-IP French dip, tater tots and salad Sun-lasagna at my parents' M-corn and hominy chowder with grilled cheese sandwiches T-pasta and salad W-IP Mongolian chicken and rice and steamed veggies (making a double batch of the chicken to freeze half...trying to stock up freezer for after baby!) R: flatbread pizzas with butternut squash soup F: takeout?

So far I’ve got:
Roasted root veggies over cilantro lime cauliflower rice with spicy aioli
Vegan moussaka
Veggie cabbage wraps with nut butter dipping sauce
Butternut squash noodles tossed in garlic olive oil with crispy sage
Fish, sautéed greens and a kohlrabi celeriac mash

Sunday: peanut butter burgers with roasted carrots and cauliflower Monday: homemade pizza night Tuesday: double baked potatoes, spiced chicken, roasted cauliflower Wednesday: loaded sauce spaghetti, with garlic bread Thursday: leftovers Friday: honey garlic chicken, pitas, veggie rice. Saturday: hotdogs and homemade sweet potatoes wedges

Tonight: chili in the Crock-Pot, DD has ballet Tues pork carnitas and black bean soup Wed: I'm out with a friend, potato soup (Crock-Pot) and oatmeal bread for everyone else. Thurs: spicy pasta, salad Friday: beef and noodles Saturday: chicken subs, salad Sunday: breakfast hash with milk gravy and eggs over easy.

I'm winging it this week. I am thinking of the following; no particular order.
pizza quesadillas grilled chicken, brussel sprouts, french fries (fruit for me) tacos with refried beans beef ravioli with broccoli grilled shrimp, veggies and brown rice.

Keeping meals on the easier side & trying to clear out my cabinets/fridge & freezer so we don't have to pack/move as much food items.
Yesterday - burgers & greenbeans Mon - IP crispy chicken carnitas, rice & beans, corn Tues - Turkey club BLTs, cucumber salad Wed - chicken tortilla soup, chicken taquitos & broccoli for the kids Thurs - Chicken parm rollups, sauteed spinach, pasta Fri - takeout
(can you tell I have a lot of chicken to get rid of?)

Monday - IP Chicken and Gnocchi soup Tuesday - Turkey with pasta side and veggie (I think green beans) Wednesday - Chicken and brocolli alfredo with angel hair pasta Thursday - Leftovers for H and the kids - I'm going out with a friend Friday - Kids and I go to my moms
Weekend not planned.

Combo of that one and this (it didn't have a Pinterest pin, so I took screenshots). I am using heavy cream and spinach (already had the cream and I like spinach). Using most of the spices from the first and leaving out the rosemary.

Thanks, fierymama! That might have to be my soup of the week next week! We seem to be doing a soup each week too! Last week was Lemon Chicken Orzo. H wants to do a broccoli cheddar, but I need something else to go with it and we haven't agreed on what yet. 😂

Success! Only critique from H is to cut the spinach. I don't mind it the way it is, but I like spinach.

OK, updated for this coming week: tonight-hot dogs and sweet potato fries Sun-at my parents' M-chicken/rice/veggie bowls with Korean inspiration (gochujang sauce on the side, radish/carrot slaw, Korean flavored marinade on the meat, etc( T-tortellini W-chili R-leftovers F-Naan pizzas maybe?

Oh dang it, I just remembered the chicken gnocchi soup. I had wanted to try that this week. Maybe next week!

coconutbacon, I had a dish today out at brunch that (I think) you would love! It was called the "Bliss Bowl" and included: sauteed mushrooms, hummus, English lentils, pickled beets, curried cauliflower, spinach, caramelized onions, chickpea fritters on top. It was delicious!

A couple of things got moved around last week, so this will:
•Potato soup+oatmeal bread- G has ballet, so Crock-Pot meals work well on Mondays! •DHs birthday- lasagna (homemade pasta sheets!), Bread sticks, salad, cherry pie for dessert •Caprese chicken burgers and salad •Beef and noodles over mashed potatoes, roasted carrots •pork carnitas enchiladas, creamy cheddar corn, guac+chips

Oh dang it, I just remembered the chicken gnocchi soup. I had wanted to try that this week. Maybe next week! This is what I ended up doing for my recipe. I didn't use the bay leaf....maybe next time.
