Hi, I'm Vicky. I'm 38 with 5 year old spontaneous twin boys. We recently TTC again, but miscarried at 9 weeks.
I'm doing a bit of preliminary testing and I have an AMH of 3.57 and an fsh of 3.3. The part of me who wants to be positive thinks this is a good number. The part who.just had a miscarriage worries this number is too high for my age and it's PCOS. I have no explicit PCOS symptoms (no acne, slightly overweight, regular cycles) but I do have unexplained twins, I guess.
Would you be worrying or cheering? Getting more testing done? I'm an anxious gal and this second round of TTC has been rough.
Thank you for any advice!

I don't have any insight to those tests, but I want to say I'm sorry for your loss and I hope your stay in TTGP is short

I would get further testing to see if your numbers are indicative of PCOS before assuming you have it, just because it's a little difficult to diagnose and hormone levels are only a part of the picture. There are three categories they check on and you need to come back positive for at least two of them to get the diagnosis: increased androgen levels (your AMH and FSH both look normal to me, btw! They'll want to test your total and free testosterone for PCOS), irregular cycles (ovulatory or not), and polycystic ovaries. I'm so sorry for the loss of your sweet babe, but I hope this helps you get going in the right direction. Feel free to ask all the questions both on this board and the Infertility board. There's a wealth of information on here for you if only you know where to find it. Good luck!

No experience with this but just wanted to say sorry for your loss. TTC is crazy at the best of times but TTCAL is...well you know:/
Welcome and good luck!
