Thanks for doing the check in cali! I'm 32+2 and I'm pretty sure he's dropped. Keeping my fingers crossed he's head down too. His butt is definitely out, he pushes it into my belly button quite often. 😁 Yesterday was my last day of work, I'm officially a SAHP! I feel all sorts of different ways about this, but ultimately really glad. Edited to add, I passed my 3 hour! I am so relieved.

Aye yo. I'm 28+4. Nothing crazy to report. Not sure when last check in was, but at MFM check last week all was good, and this little girl is in the 60th% .. which is huge considering one of my biggest risks is IUGR. Granted, these are the same machines that measured TT at 7.5lbs a week before she was born weighing 6lb 2oz, so shruggie guy.
For those who are still both here and on TCF, who is left behind? Are they aware we are up & running over here (and not completely flat lined)? I just don't want any PAIF ladies stranded, and uh .. I'd go over myself, but apparently requesting an account deletion was -- and I'm not even joking -- grounds for me to be IP banned by Naria (btw, this seems to have only been the case for me, so it shouldn't impact anyone else who also requested a deletion, at least to my knowledge) so..

Geez ketchup. Naria really has a grudge against you. 🙄 I checked over there a couple days ago, seems slow. Not sure if most went to an FB group.

1. How far are you now? 28+4 2. Symptom check:I feel like a broken record. My feet are swollen, I'm tired, and my sciatica hurts. 3. What and when is your next appointment? It's on Thursday for my monthly appointment and hopefully my glucose test (they couldn't tell me for sure?) 4. Anything you’d like to share with the group? A friend gave us their infant carseat yesterday. It's good until Oct. 2018 so that'll last us until we use our forever seat.
Also, I'm having a ton of pain in my right leg. Not sure what the deal is but it's on the outside of my right thigh. It's shooting, then a dull ache, then goes away. Could that be my sciatica too?

Happy Sunday all
I'm 32w2d and can't wait to meet our little girl soon! I lost a few pounds last week but seem to have gained them back as of this morning.
OB apts are every two weeks now so I have one on Tuesday.
GD seems to be well controlled with diet during the day and just 10units of insulin at night. I'm super thankful but really miss some sweets. We went to Costco today and they were sampling a cucumber limeade, omg it was so good. What I would do for a whole glass right now lol.

Hi everyone! I'm 28w3d today. I had my one hour GTT on Friday and I passed! Such a relief! I also had a growth u/s and baby girl looks good. She is head down and she is in the 60th percentile and like ketchup, they were worried about iugr with her too because I have borderline hypertension, so I was relieved that she's growing nicely. Somehow I managed to lose 2 pounds since my last appointment, but then I celebrated passing my gtt with a donut and just ate ice cream for lunch, so I'm sure it will be finding me again.

justjudy, glad to hear your GD is under control! Is your OB considering inducing earlier or letting you go to 40 weeks, if you don't start sooner on your own?

@easilyunamused, congrats on passing the 3 hour!! ketchup, I check back from time to time, seems pretty dead. king26, I think that definitely could be sciatica. Also, how can they not tell you about the gtt? Don't you have to fast beforehand? justjudy, so exciting that you're so close! I'm happy you've been able to keep the GD in check.

I'm 18w1d I'm feeling good, and I may have started to feel movement yesterday. Tomorrow is my anatomy scan, and I'm getting nervous that they'll find something wrong. I'm excited to find out the sex, though! @easilyunamused, yay for passing the 3 hour and now staying at home! ketchup, that's crazy that you were IP banned. I've lurked over there, and it's a ghost town.

justjudy, glad to hear your GD is under control! Is your OB considering inducing earlier or letting you go to 40 weeks, if you don't start sooner on your own? Last appointment he said he wouldn't induce if I was able to control it without meds, we shall see what he says now that I had to add the nighttime insulin. I'll be starting twice weekly NSTs soonish I think too so that may affect his answer. I really don't want to be induced bc I'm scared of extra pain from pitocin :/ But whatever it takes to get this kid here.

Also, I'm having a ton of pain in my right leg. Not sure what the deal is but it's on the outside of my right thigh. It's shooting, then a dull ache, then goes away. Could that be my sciatica too? Sounds like your SI joint to me. This is a big part of what I'm dealing with right now (on top of my labral tear). If it is, I'd highly recommending getting yourself a maternity support belt, since you can't use a regular SI belt or NSAIDs. For pain (on top of the hydrocodone they have me on for my tear) I was able to get a lidocaine injection into my SI joint, and it helped take the edge off. My OB also cleared me for a corticosteroid injection into the joint, as well, but I'm having to see a pain management specialist for all of this. In my sitch, my PM doc is convinced a lot of my "sciatica" issues from right before pregnancy confused me when my SI joint started causing problems, and that SI joint pain often refers to the outside of the leg and can radiate or shoot like sciatica, but doesn't govall the way down the leg. Look into it. It hurts like a bitch, so I'm sorry if you're experiencing it, too.

cali, I have no clue. I'm calling them about it today. However, I am the first appointment of the morning so my plan is to just not eat. bethkate, Good luck on the a/s! Thanks ketchup, I've only ever had sciatica problems twice in my life so I wasn't quite sure. The last time was right before I got pregnant and I ended up at urgent care because I couldn't walk. I'll definitely ask my doctor about it at my appointment and look into getting a belt.

Good luck today bethkate! justjudy, I'm glad that your GD is controlled with diet and nighttime insulin. FX you don't end up needing to be induced. kensie5226, Yay for a recognizable kick! I'm still on Unisom/b6 twice a day and an antacid at 30 weeks. I hope that you can wean off of the zofran soon. Pregnancy is the worst.

1. How far are you now? 32 weeks tomorrow 2. Symptom check: My left hip is in constant pain, not sure what to do about this... 3. What and when is your next appointment? June 15 regular check up 4. Anything you’d like to share with the group? I am starting to have some serious anxiety dreams that are not baby related, but when I wake up all I can think about is that I am seriously afraid this kid is coming early. I know it makes no sense, but the last few days have been weird. I had some nausea, felt dizzy a couple times, and generally shitty like I did a few days before I had DD. I really hope this is just in my head. MH is leaving the country in 3 weeks and would not be back until a week before our due date. @easilyunamused, congrats on the 3 hour! I hope your little boy is cooperating and facing the right way. ketchup, WTF? king26, where is the baby laying? It could be crushing a bunch of different things, or of balance so that you are favoring your right too much. justjudy, Great news! bethkate, Congrats on the little girl! kensie5226, my little boy did the same to DD and one of my cats last week! It was the funniest thing watching their reactions to being kicked. nutmeg, If you find some motivation please send some my way. MH is nesting hardcore but I just have fits and starts @pinklantern, GL with the upcoming ultrasound

@easilyunamused, so good to read your passed your 3h glucose test, must be a relief. Also, yay for last day at work. So you'll be staying at home after baby gets born? ketchup, yay for good appointments. My MFM showed me where we were on the th% but I forgot.. just remember he said baby girl was 1,2kg / 2lbs 10oz which I felt was pretty big for 27+5! But he didn't seem concerned lol so what do I know. I do worry that now that I'm on modified bedrest/bound to a wheelchair due to my broken ankle babygirl will grow even bigger?! LOl well time will tell I guess. Also, wow, I can't believe you got IP banned! I'm so behind on all my boards in all places, but did notice it seems many are now posting on FB in the PAIF/SAIF but also AL group.. which makes me sad cause the boards here and there seem to be so quiet and I wish we could all hang out in the same place again. king26, I'm sorry your sciatia is giving you so much issues and pain I have been and are dealing with SI joint issues and ugh tis the suck. GL with your GTT and appointment tomorrow! Score on the carseat! My sister offered us hers but I'm pretty sure it's expired or soon will.. I just feel more comfortable buying a new one. justjudy, I'm like 2.5 weeks behind you but equally eager and impatient to meet our lil miss Wonderful that your GD is being controlled well. Hopefully things will continue to go well and you will be able to skip being induced. cali, yay for passing your 1h GTT! And yay for a good growth U/S as well! bethkate, I started feeling some movement around 17-18wks as well and it was just so awesome. I hope your A/S went well today! Glad the A/S went asll and congratz on team pink! kensie5226, thank heavens for zofran, was my saviour those first 15 orso weeks as well. How neat you already felt the lil one kick so early! nutmeg, ahh I feel you on freaking out about being (as good as) 30 weeks and not having much anything ready yet. We were supposed to work on the nursery last weekend of May but that got postponed due to m breaking my ankle.. and now I'm out of commission to do such things for another 5 weeks which leaves us ohso little time?!!? Trying not to panic but it's hard lol. @pinklantern, best of luck with your first scan next week! I also hope you'll be able to get some proper sleep again soon. yellowcat, *hugs* I'm sorry you're feeling so anxious and are dealing with crazy dreams. Could it be related to the fact you know YH will be gone for a good while, and you're worried about the short time frame between him returning and your due date? Would making a back up plan in case baby does come early help ease the anxiety some? codex320, gratz on being halfway!

Hi ladies! So good to see you all here, and I'm sorry for having been MIA for the last couple of weeks.. I'm so behind on things here and there, esp in posting myself .. haven't been able to get behind the pc and while I can read on tapatalk, typing on my phone just frustrates the heck out of me with my English and Dutch spellcheck/autocorrect going nuts on me LOL. Also, online drama and real life crisis crap doesn't go together well and it's made me feel really sad and out of place for a while. cali, would you please add me back to this check-in? Thanks! Your EDD - 17 august 2017 How many, if you know, beans you have cooking? 1 Boy or girl (if you know) or team green if you're not finding out? baby girl What treatment got you your BFP? IVF/ICSI#2 down-reg/long GnRH-agonist protocol (see siggy for full dx and hx) -fresh 3dt How far are you now? 29w5d Symptom check: Symptoms wise things are pretty chill atm.. I do have increased issues with my hips being ohso painful especially while sleeping, need to change position every hour to stay somewhat comfortable (which isn't an easy feat with my broken ankle currently! I so badly wish I could take a walk on occasion but am stuck to either the bed or the wheelchair lol). One thing that freaks me out on occasion are the bouts of BH. Anyone knows a good contraction timer that actually saves your data when you close the app? My MFM asked me to time them and I could do pen&paper but ahh an app seems easier? What and when is your next appointment? June 19 MFM appointment. Prolly have to go in next week for my anti-D shot since I'll be 30 weeks this this Thursday but I haven't heard anything about that yet. Guess I best give them a call... Also never updated on my previous appointments 2 weeks ago so will do so now! Cardiologist appointment went well enough. Considering the fact I started my maternity leave 6 weeks earlier then expected (see next bit), we decided not to start meds right now after all. Being able to rest whenever I need to will hopefully be enough to keep my ticker under control. MFM appointment and follow up A/S were next. The scan showed that the VSD seen on our A/S had closed up completely so that was great news. They also checked my placenta placement for placenta accreta due to Asherman's Syndrome. There is one area which concerns them, so we've discussed options and plans of action. So far giving birth naturally is still on the table, a surgical team will be on stand-by and if the placenta isn't out completely within 30min after birth I'll go in for surgery. We also discussed that in case do need to go back on heart meds, baby&I will stay in the hospital for an extra 48h after birth for extra monitoring (for baby). Quite a lot to take in all at once but I'm glad they're so pro-active and rather know all the possible options and scenarios beforehand. Anything you’d like to share with the group?Been interestig times here at casa muscari. On the 19th of May I learned my contract would be terminated on June 1, completely out of the blue. Yay for extended maternity leave but not so yay for not having a job afterwards. I'm fighting my termination and handed my case over to the union, so far it's been a little ugly and I honestly have no idea how/when it'll end. But I got other things to worry about.. as on the 24th I took a nasty fall and broke my right ankle. Spent half the day at the ER then was admitted to L&D due to contractions. Luckily baby (and my ute/cervix, bw and fluids) checked out okay! Will be in the cast for 6-7 weeks total and am not allowed to put any weight on it for several weeks URGH! Crutches while 29wk pg is an interesting combo esp paired with my heart issues. Am basically on some sort of modified bedrest as I gotte keep my foot up or it will swell like an elephants foot and any overexertion gives me runs of braxton hicks and/or heart issues. Fun times! I sleep in the livingroom and got a wheelchair, and with furniture rearranged a little I can move around freely - MH even made a ramp for me to go outside into the garden no my own as I was going crazy being cooped up. I do struggle with feeling useless and frustrated that all of our/my plans for baby prep have been put on the backburner and I won't be out of my cast until 5weeks before my due date.. Somehow things will work out right?

Hi everyone! I'm 28+2 today. Sorry I'm late but I wanted to wait to check-in until after my appointment today. I had a growth ultrasound and everything looked good with the baby. He/she is growing right on track and is in the 56th or 58th percentile (can't remember which). I had my regular OB appointment after that and all went well there too. Since I have a scheduled csection this time, I was curious about the spinal (I just had an epidural last time since the csection wasn't planned) and he made it sound like the spinal is actually easier than the epidural and that I wouldn't have a catheter like with the epidural. Has anyone had a spinal before? Is it normal to not have a catheter with it? Other than that, not much is new here. Baby is constantly moving and my entire belly seems to move when the baby does. I feel like someone is having a boxing match in my belly. Heartburn has let up a bit this week, which is nice since I snacked on Tums all last week. My hip is starting to hurt when I sleep but I pulled out my extra pillows and so far it isn't quite as bad when I sleep with a pillow between my knees. muscari, I'm so sorry for all the crap you're going through! @easilyunamused, congrats on passing the 3-hour! bethkate, congrats on a girl! yellowcat, sorry for the anxiety. Hope the dreams let up. @pinklantern, good luck next week! nutmeg, if you find any motivation, please share with me. Thanks. ketchup, glad TT2 is on track growth-wise! king26, knowing whether or not you have your GTT would be a good thing for the doctor to figure out. Hopefully you've found out by now! justjudy, glad that the GD seems to be well controlled. kensie5226, happy you're feeling better with all the meds! codex320, good luck with the registry! I found Lucie's List to be really helpful in deciding what to add to mine. cali, yay for passing the GTT!

mrsrodgers, I've never had a spinal or epidural but my SIL and two of my friends had spinals for their C-sections and they all had catheters (because they couldn't get up for about 12 hours or so post C-section and I'm not sure how quickly you regain full sensation to feel when you have to go). That's interesting that your doc said you wouldn't need one. I wonder how that works.

muscari, yes I'll be staying home with the baby for the foreseeable future. I'm very excited, but will miss the extra income. I hope your ankle heals quickly! mrsrodgers, I was at a birthing class last night and they touched on a spinal. I'm pretty sure she said they used a catheter, but maybe because c-sections won't take as long, they don't feel the need to use it? It sounded the same, but spirals insert a lot of medicine at once. Epidurals gradually insert the medicine.

muscari , yes I'll be staying home with the baby for the foreseeable future. I'm very excited, but will miss the extra income. I hope your ankle heals quickly! Originally it wasn't our plan for me to be a SAHM but now with me getting laid off out of the blue it IS reality. I'm still upset from loosing my job so unexectedly (especially cause of the unfairness of it all, and the fact they're putting up a stink and are disregarding my legal rights.. but the union has stepped in for me luckily) but am definitely also seeing things in a positive light that I now get to stay home with the baby for a good while longer. I really didn't like having to go back to work 4d/w 10 weeks after baby was born! Yes it we will miss the extra income but will still get by (and save on daycare costs right?) and now I get to spend so much more time with my little one. So I'm starting to feel more and more excited about that.
