1. How did last week go? Ok, H came down with the flu after we got home from HI, so it's been a rough adjustment back into normal life between work, catching up on chores and taking care of him. But I got to walk on the days it hasn't been freezing!
2. What is your goal for this week? Get back to meal planning!
3. What is your long term goal? Lose about 15lbs and get more consistent at eating healthy
4. Do you have a favorite piece or brand of exercise clothing? I recently got a new sports bra from REI that is amazing! Having the boobs supported and contained makes so much difference for exercise!

1. Traveling knocked me off my game. I really can’t get a handle on my eating.
2. KOKO with the workouts. Try to get my eating under control.
3. Find a happy weight. I don’t need to be my23 year old self again, but I’d like to feel healthier.
4. Moving Comfort bras are a must have for high impact and nursing.

I am ok. I’ve made many of my own meals, and I have got to protein shakes each day. I’m gong to try to stop eating at 8 pm, and see if I lose. Most of my eating is at night before bed. I want to lose 15 pounds by my sisters wedding in March. I exercise intensely 4-5 days a week, so I know it’s my eating that is the issue. I like Tek Gear brand from Kohls. Best yoga pants ever.

Sorry your H has the flu bonzo! I hope you don't get it. Great job on walking! Did you start meal planning? I need to get some new sports bras. I will check those out! How are you doing with your eating @kense5226? How are you doing with not eating after 8 hoosiermama76?

1. How did last week go? For the most part good. I lost 2.5 but I overate on the weekend.
2. What is your goal for this week? Same as last week. Stay within my points and exercise 5 days. I’ve done 4 already so only 1 more workout tonight!
3. What is your long term goal? Lose 50ish lbs then reassess. Healthier eating in general.
4. Do you have a favorite piece or brand of exercise clothing? I’m currently using some stuff my mom gave me and I’m not at home and I don’t know the brand off the to if my head, but I like it. It’s moisture wicking stuff which makes me feel like I’m not covered in sweat!
I am thinking of adding in an additional workout if I’m not knocked up this cycle. Have any of you ever done fertility yoga? Debating buying a dvd. Supposedly it increases blood flow to your reproductive organs. I like yoga in general already so I thought it might make me feel like I’m doing something more.

Good job on the weight loss and exercising obscureference! I've not heard of fertility yoga, but it won't hurt! I will look into that too!

1. How did last week go? Great start! Down 6.6 pounds (muchly due to AF ending and to crazy tummy issues the night before weigh in, but it was very motivating to see that number!) 2. What is your goal for this week? Be accountable and follow the rules I have chosen for myself: no eating after 7pm, no sweets except weekends, aim for 1200 calories/day 3. What is your long term goal? Feel sexy again. If I must be honest. But yeah, energy, health, fit my clothes. And be a sexy beast. Which may mean losing an additional 20 pounds, maybe 30, probably depends on how much I'm able to exercise and look/feel fit. 4. Do you have a favorite piece or brand of exercise clothing? Love my VS sports bra that is like a regular bra with a snug sports bra that zips up over it. It's what I always would do anyways, layer two bras, and it was awesome to find this in a real (cute) piece of exercise gear.

bonzo A good sports bra makes all the difference! Congrats on getting walks in even with such a hectic week. kensie5226 Good luck getting back in the swing of things after travel! It's not easy. You can do it! hoosiermama76 I am the same, my hunger and eating rise in the evening, and that's when I'm sleepy and have no willpower left! It's like my body wants to make up for any extra eating I didn't do during the day. I think having a time limit is really smart, I've set mine for 7pm (because I have early mornings and early to bed) and it was not too hard to adjust to it. Also I think it makes a difference. It helps me to immediately brush, floss, and mouthwash after dinner, otherwise I start feeling staaarving. I hope it words great for you too! obscureference Congrats on your weight loss! And on making the choice to work out, it's awesome that you only have one left to go. An IF friend IFL started fertility yoga and loved it, it helped her anxiety and her health, so whether or not it make a difference for her fertility, she felt great doing it.

sunshiney congrats on the weight loss last week! I am totally the same with AF. The week before I just can’t lose weight, even if I stick to my diet and exercise completely. But then the week after I’ve usually lost twice what I expect. Hormones are a bitch any way you slice it!

Hi, I'm Sally. I'm AMA, I've been at this whole TTFP thing a while, and I'm doing an ERA test cycle this cycle and a FET next cycle, if everything goes well.
1. This is my first check in 😁
2. Cut back on sugar, try to walk regularly
3. Just be healthy, increase strength. I don't want to shock my system at this point by starting any high intensity training.
4. I tend to buy exercise clothes on sale, so not really.

kensie5226, travel always throws me off too! hoosiermama76, having a cut off time for eating sounds like a good idea. You can do this! obscureference, I'll look into fertility yoga too. It can't hurt, right? sunshiney, congrats on the weight loss progress! It always feels great to see progress! sally, welcome! I started off the week pretty strongly with meal planning, but the last couple nights I've been feeling pretty emotional and so haven't made the best choices. The emotional swings of IF are what really get me with the unhealthy eating. But, I managed to get some exercise 4 days this week! And I haven't caught H's flu, which is the real win of the week. He's still pretty sick, though he ended up going back to work on Weds because he didn't want to burn through all of his sick time for the year. People are saying the main flu strain this year is really bad, lasting about 10 days.

1. Last week wasn't my greatest. I lost 1.4lbs, but I think that was just from getting way way too drunk on Sunday night and puking (I weigh on Mondays)...oops! First time I've ever puked from drinking though.
2. I want to exercise 4 times this week and cut back on carbs.
3. I need to lose 75lbs. 100 would be amazing too though. Increase my strength and tone. Maybe I'll restart Crossfit at some point.
4. I also only buy exercise clothes if they're on sale, so I don't have a specific brand that I'm attached too or anything.
