Day 19 done. I love the isolation on those kneeling squats but oh, the burn.

I have to do Day 9 today. It’s upper fix so strength. Arms is my favorite day other then yoga day.

Ok done . It was as hard but I definitely did better than last week and was able to stick with the heavy weights when I was supposed to. Only had to modify pushups. Which I will likely always have to modify because I weigh a lot and my arms aren’t that strong.

I did 18 this morning while the kids were eating...then I dropped a chair on my foot, so my dreams of a walk are dashed. It's super painful.

If anyone thinks they will want to up weights at any point Target has the c9 neoprene dumbbells on sale. I got 10s with the goal of upping in week 5 or 6

I did day 20 and then did the strength work out again, because I am not sure if i will be able to squeeze in a workout tomorrow. If I am, it will probably be before she is live so I will do this week's workout again.
We are going to Disneyland this week which means I may not be able to do the workouts just due to long days, but I will try. If not, I know I will at least be doing lots of walking!

This week was not great and I was all over the place for different workouts. I've been feeling sick and eating all the things. I did 1 yoga flow class, 1 BBM video, 1 cardio video and a couple hours of skiing for the week. I'll get back on track with BBM and the gym this week

Thanks! It's still tender to the touch and I couldn't run or anything super high impact in shoes, but I was able to do 19 today...sort of. DS kept trying to climb me and bit my knee at one point because I was "ignoring" him. It got done, but no PRs were made.

Hello! I apparently took last week completely off after being sick a few days, oops. So I'm doing week 3 now, minus the fit test, which I did do last week.
My DD is waking up early af again, so she got to watch and scold me for using the ottoman instead of a chair for bent over rows, and remind me "its not time to sleep mama!" every time I was down on the mat. Super helpful.

Rest Day NSV - I’m wearing pants that didn’t fit last week even though I’ve not lost a pound this week.
My other nsv is that I didn’t give in to emotional eating yesterday. I had a burrito to honor my brother (it was his favorite) but didn’t use the day to derail my diet and eat a bunch of crap. I also haven’t had any candy since the 1st which is big for me

I skipped working out yesterday. It was a busy day full of friends, football, and really bad eating. I am going to get right back on track today. I have already skipped two workout days in my 21 day plan, but I am not going to beat myself up over it. Life gets in the way sometimes. I just have to keep myself jumping right back in and making up the workout I missed. I don't double up, so it will take me a little longer than the 21 days, but that's OK.
If I don't post on here tonight or tomorrow morning that I did my workout though someone yell at me. Please and thank you!

Day 15-2nd fit test-done. I beat all my week one scores.
Squats 32(+1) Push ups 27 modified(+2) Mountain climbers 92(+12) Lunges 14(+2) Jump squats 20(+4) High knees 125(+25) Tricep dips 25(+4) Plank up downs 16(+4)
I hate the fucking fit test.

I did BBM strength workout (from last week) 2 times this morning, since I needed to work out before she goes live this week. Feeling good that I got that out of the way!
