I got one for christmas (3.4qt) and was hoping for some inspiration. I'm making chicken tenders tonight so I'll see how that goes. What have you made in one that has turned out well?

crunch, I looked into getting one after seeing recipes on SkinnyTaste, but haven't pulled the trigger. There are a bunch of recipes there if you're looking for more inspiration.
