This morning has already been a fun morning. It's only 10 am here, but I've been up since 3am thanks to work related issues. My one cup of coffee isn't cutting it this morning, add to it pregnancy fatigue and I feel like I could fall over at any second. Anyone have any goto remedies they use to combat fatigue yet?

Go back to bed 😜 Just kidding. I wish. Are you home? Can you take a quick shower? That always gives me energy. Otherwise...more water and a snack?
I don't think there are any real remedies unfortunately.

It really gets blood flowing.

heh i probably should've worked from home today, but alas I'm in the office. might be time for second lunch.... one thing that helps especially if you have a desk job like me, is to get up and walk for at least a few minutes every hour at a truly brisk pace. It really gets blood flowing. I like this! I've made it to 3:30 but I might do this before I head out for the day.

Snacks, water, and walking are all that keep me going. Mainly snacks.
I worked from home yesterday and took a nap over my lunch hour, but I easily could have slept for way longer. If only I could do that every day...I felt like a new woman. Right back to a drowsy mess today. 😴
