Yes, she used to work. That's why I don't get it. But over the past couple years she's become less intelligent... Same. I don't know how she's a nurse. How old is your mother?

Hi Ladies! Is it ok, if I just jump back in without a re-intro thread? I can't figure out how to get to the main N13 board on Tapatalk, but I've really missed talking with you guys. There has a been a lot going on around here, so I've been off the grid. I'll lead with the big news...I'm pregnant... again. I'll give you all a moment to process that before I drop the bomb that it happened almost a year AFTER my husband got a vasectomy. Yeah...if anyone was going to fall into the >1% failure window it would be us. So, we are expecting another baby girl in May and Evie is going to finally get a sister ❤️ Anyway, as a result of preparing for having FIVE KIDS(!) I'll be working a lot less, and doing the SAHM thing a lot more, so I'm hoping to pop in more frequently. I don't have it in me to start a new baby board, N13 is my home. I hope everyone is well, I promise not have too many annoying questions while I catch up on the haps. XO Yay! Hello! I missed you. Congrats on baby #5! Exciting. But whoa to it happening after the snip. Full disclosure, I'm terrified of the whole 'he had the snip then a baby happened'....absolutely terrified.

tallb I didn't know Amazon had bookstores? Sounds kinda neat. They have 13 per Google in 7 states..we tend to be a test market for things, so we will see how it goes. I think if you are a prime member you get online prices. Amazon is taking over the world😲

cagoldi, dinosaur ballet flats sound adorable. I was always meh on Hello Kitty but go with your heart. tgrimes your poor dad. That sounds absolutely miserable. yummeecookee, good for you for addressing it before it really gets ingrained. My stepdad has an extreme fear of flying but he never wants to go anywhere or do anything so he has no motivation to address it. Years ago my parents went to Vegas and I think he had a bad reaction to the valium he was given. My poor mom having to deal with his shenanigans. I'm laughing at Chandler's clearly fake typing in that GIF.

I don't know if anyone who's still here shops on Modcloth but they have a lot of cute stuff on sale right now. Has peplum reached to point of being accepted as a classic style and can still be worn even though it's not trendy anymore? Someone talk me out of buying this Hello Kitty dress and dinosaur ballet flats... Please do not buy a Hello Kitty dress, I'd hate to have to judge you Wait, what's wrong with Hello Kitty? Evie LOVES Hello Kitty! We have jackets, bedding, toys, etc.

Dude. Get out of here with that nonsense. Yes I know she's young compared to other people mother's. But she went back to nursing school when I was 11 and held a 4.0 while taking care of my dying aunt and then my dying grandpa. I mean she would stay up all night in the hospital taking care of them after chemo, go to clinicals on no sleep and was offered a job at every hospital she went to. Then graduated top of her class and then POOF. She forgot how to do very basic things for herself..

You don't get old age dumbness at 48...

dapostrophe So glad to see you here, congratulations! You're the best candidate for being a mom of five, truly. You're going to be great, as always. It's funny because just this morning I was talking to my mom about the board and all the surprise pregnancies and she said I better stay away if I don't want anymore.
