I am looking for a gym based work out program (free!). I used to use the bodybuilding.com ones but it's a paid subscription now. Anyone know of any good ones? I just need a paper to tell me what things I will do on what days lol.

I found this plan and it looks really similar to what I used to do with the trainer at the hospital. Each day was a different focus area, which allowed that muscle group to rest while I worked on something else. www.gymaholic.co/articles/women-workout-routine

The workout itself is fine.

Oh girl, I eventually abandoned that out of boredom. I use the Fitbod app now and it gives you exercises to do. You can use it for free if you just want to use it for planning, but you can pay if you want it to log your workouts and track your progress. I'm really enjoying the variety and customization it offers!

Hello, rezzing an old thread. How did you like the apps? I just download the gymaholic one to try it out this week. I use 5x5 StrongLifts but was looking for a little bit of a change.

I work out at home, so I use Chloe Ting's free programs. She has many programs for different muscle groups. I like the 28-day programs best because they are all balanced. There are rest days, which is great.
