I did day 1 last night and week 1 abs.
I thought nothing could suck more than the 5.0 fit test. I was wrong. This fit test is awful. I agree with the plank up downs after tri dips being stupid. I did the up downs in 5.0 just fine because they were placed better in the work out.
These are probably just all excuses as to why I sucked so bad. But I liked the week 1 ab workout a lot!

I did day 2 today, but we're out of town the next two days (kid free!) so I'll probably pick up this weekend and be a few days behind.
Tabata cardio never feels like it is very hard, until I get done and am sweating.

Finished day 2, it felt good but guess who realized she is one of those “mommies with bladder issues” Briana is always talking about? Pro tip: do not do pogo hops 7 weeks post partum.

I did the fit test this morning. My results were...not great.
I really enjoy walking/jogging on the treadmill while catching up on a show so I think I will be alternating that with a double up (cardio + strength) of the BBM work outs.

I'm debating doing the workout plus a class at the Y. But I have a lot to unpack from our trip so I may not want to attempt the gym. Maybe tomorrow, because I think there is a bodypump tomorrow.

I finished day two. I like the tabata work outs because they seem to go by so fast.

For those with big boobies: I tried this sports bra and I am a fan. It wasn't perfect, but I did not have to hold my boobs during the pogo hops. I think I am going to order another one.

One thing I noticed with 7.0 that bugged me a little is the lack of workout lineups in the description (on the BBM site) and NO ONSCREEN TIMERS. Those things were such a saving grace. I know that is just a product of this one being live-streamed, but I really miss not being able to see how much time is left.

Jumping in here!! This is my first BBM challenge and I’m excited to join you guys. I think my main goal is to get my core strength back so running is easier. I haven’t run in about 2 years, but before that ran at least 1 race a month (usually 2). I miss running and would like to work my way back up to another half. Anyways, I just finished day 1 and was hoping to get day 2 done as well but the 2.5 y/o doesn’t want to nap today. Maybe I can double up another day this week to get back on track.

Logically in my head I KNOW I'm being irrational. I'm up 2 pounds this morning and my period started full force after three days of spotting. I know it's water weight and general period-ness but it's bumming me out and making me worried about not succeeding my diet bet. My food choices have been great, I haven't slipped (even though I laid awake for a good 45 minutes last night just thinking about the compliant cookie dough balls), and I've been kicking ass at the BBM. Why do we still beat ourselves up even when we know we've been doing everything we can?! Period bloat and water weight is no joke. Fuck it all.

I already like tracking better than just doing it and not paying attention to how many reps I get. I hardly ever counted anything during 5.0 and I feel like I did a lot better on the cardio today just by focusing on counting and not how much I didn't want to jump around anymore. Same here, I thought I'd forget constantly but I've surprised myself so far.

Is it OK if I jump in? I just need some accountability. I'm a day behind (did day 1 today) but I'll try to double up either tomorrow or tonight.
I'm not stepping on the scale until the 90 days are done. I have a general idea where I am but don't want to get discouraged part way through. I have an ultimate end goal in mind so I'm just going to aim for that and be happy wherever I land. Just taking the 20 minutes for myself everyday is a huge win for me anyways.

Did day 2 today before my flight. It was ok. I didn’t like that she did speed skaters twice even though I love those. I did 3 rounds because that’s what I was used to from Surge. H was down with that too.
I can’t stand how she is jumping on the live feed during the cool down.

Day 2 done! I am so broken from the fit test though- and I expect I'll hurt more tomorrow. I also saw that day 3 includes push-ups and plank up downs.

Day 3 complete. I'm going to have to find a replacement for the kneeling squat; my knees cannot handle that pose and I couldn't finish those reps.
