CestLaVie do you know roughly how long each video is? Is it suitable for beginners? She has done similar series in the past and the videos were 20-60 mins. She’s awesome for beginners! If you youtube Yoga Camp Adriene you’ll find those videos and get a good idea of what she’s like.

I’ll be doing it with modifications (bc pregnant). I got up early today and did her new one from yesterday and also watched the True orientation. I’m ready for it, I love Adrienne.

Here for it. Most of her videos are in the 20-30 min range for her challenges. Very beginner friendly.

I’m here for this. I’ve been wanting to get back to a regular yoga practice. This seems like a great way to get there.

I will do these, but not every day since I’m doing BBM. I usually do her month things in 2-3 months. I love her videos.
The only thing I don’t like is that they are all different lengths. Makes it hard to plan in the morning, but I just have to remember to look ahead.

Got up early and did day 2 before work! That pigeon pose made me realize how tight my hips are.

I used to do yoga classes and really focus on just getting a good workout. Adriene has really taught me to appreciate the whole "finds what feels good" thing and I don't go to classes anymore. Love her

I am really enjoying doing these in the evening as an end to my day. @twoscoops....I love that she has had that influence on your practice. It's the best part!

I mean a nice butt and toned stems are nothing to laugh at....but connecting with your body in that way is pretty cool.

I did the first one last night too. It really set the tone for the evening and I enjoyed it a lot!

I really enjoyed day 4 yesterday. I've been doing these at night, and it's a nice way to end the day. I may *try* to get 1 or 2 in before work next week, I think it may help me break the snooze button cycle I've been stuck in for months.
