I tried to have a glass of champagne and heartburn ruined it 😩 Oh bummer! I’m having a glass of prosecco at midnight, which will probably keep me up all night. I so miss bubbly, I’m planning to have someone bring me a bottle of something good in the hospital to celebrate the new baby (and if all goes to plan, never doing the whole pregnancy thing again. Twice is plenty for me!) I am 100% on this boat. my SIL's xmas present to me was things a pregnant lady would like and I told her I was disappointed there was no snack pack of wine for me to sneak into the hospital. (shruggy guy) |

Hey ladies! We went grocery shopping today and I made all of the apps for dinner. We spend every single New Years with my in laws in IL. They have a big party every year. So I made our own party food for dinner. Buffalo chicken dip, spinach and artichoke dip, veggies, blue corn tortilla chips, motz sticks, jalapeño poppers and yeast rolls. Oh i made sugar free brownies too. They’re... flat. Hahah we’ll see how they taste. I fully plan on having a glass of bubbly at midnight! Can’t wait. We got a pack of 4 mini bottles so we can save a few for after the baby. 😊 Speaking of Baby, his head feels SO low. Oh my gosh. It feels like it’s in my pubic area. Like where my pubis hair is. It’s so weird. The area feels. Full. Idk how else to explain it. 🤷♀️

Also, I’ve never stained anything in my life, pregnant or not. I can’t decide if this means I’m lazy or missing out or just not familiar with DIY furniture making or refurbishment. It’s very easy!!! |

It really is so easy & so fun! DDs bed is a diy, our kitchen table & chairs are diy, and barstools. This headboard will be the next. We’ve saved so much money by finding furniture cheap & customizing ourselves. |

hiimjamie, I had DH feel the baby's hiccups yesterday and I think he was surprised when I put his hand on the right spot, like right near where my underwear hits (on the leg opening)! Where are these babies hanging out?!

Much to everyone’s shock. And the doc took 3 tries to break my water. She said it was the hardest time she’d ever had. This kid needs to stay in until at least Wednesday, when my parents get here! |

I got all the newborn clothes put away and DD1 will be moving to her new room Friday so the nursery is ready for baby. Things are getting real!
