The Trying to Conceive After a Loss thread is posted once a week (generally on Tuesday) for those of us who have unfortunately experienced a loss. No matter what type of loss you've experienced, from miscarriage to stillbirth to the loss of a child, it is heartbreaking. This thread is to help us commiserate, get support, and to try to navigate trying to conceive, after a loss, every week.
Out of respect to all the ladies here, please add a trigger warning if you decide to talk about any living children and please hide your signature if it contains pictures or tickers of babies or children. We also kindly ask for grads to refrain from commenting in this thread.
If you get a BFP, kindly either spoiler alert it or do not post it here at all.
**If this is your first check-in, and you would like to provide a gtky loss history intro go for it. If not, no worries!**
How are you doing?

How are you doing? Not great this week. I think it's just the holidays and everyone around me being pregnant.
Status (TTA, TTC, Benched): TTC
Diagnosis (if applicable): NA
Updates/questions:Nope
Debbie downer (a place to vent ) : I was looking at the calendar today and we only have a few cycles left before a chance of a 2018 baby is gone. For some reason it made me feel that because we were due in 2018 that I need to have a baby in 2018...totally irrational but that's now where I'm at. And I'm still sad that I totally blew the timing with this cycle...which is looking like it's going to be a super long cycle for me so now I just have to sit here and wait for AF which won't be for at least another week. And my irrational mind thinks that my AVA bracelet is giving me radiation poisoning or something since I keep getting rashes from it. Blah.

Debbie downer (a place to vent ) : sometimes late at night when I can’t sleep I look at my old BMB. I have no clue why. But on tapa I see a picture for each thread and then I’m sad and get out of there. I do this about once a month.

sammysam I want to have an 18 baby too. I had a thought the other day thinking man if this doesn’t happen soonish I could end up with a March baby again. I know that’s a long time away.

How are you doing? Ok at the moment, waves come and go.
Status (TTA, TTC, Benched): TTC
Diagnosis (if applicable): IR PCOS
Updates/questions: We are officially TTC again. My cycles haven't exactly been promising, but maybe now that I've lost weight I will actually O or get AF. We are on cd23 or cd24 today. Too tired to check. I'm only tracking BD this time around so I'm trying not to drive myself nuts not knowing if O came or is coming. Still working on weight loss in the meantime, but we would love a baby to put things on pause for a bit. I've lost almost 25lbs!
Debbie downer (a place to vent ) : Just hit our first loss anniversary and 2nd loss due date within the last week or so. Christmas time is super hard as you all know. So many announcements.. so many questions. I'm just ready to be done with this year.

akwild I lurk our old BMB sometimes too...but it's too hard to stay there for long. I mostly just go to check up on a few specific people and see how they're doing.

charliefox FX your HCG gets back to zero soon. Why is it that losses just keep screwing with us? It's like nature's cruel joke.
