ambiguousmango, I have started letting C taste foods but not actually eat them. In a pseudo BLW style, she has tried the food off my plate as I was eating; banana, grilled chicken, steamed broccoli, grilled pineapple, and she really vampired the juices out of a filet mignon. She didn't eat any of them except maybe a bit of the banana. She also didn't hate anything, but the pineapple was overwhelming at first, til she tried again and smiled 😊 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

He had an urgent care appointment for fever (just a virus- he's fine) this week and he was 15 pounds 11 oz. he has been rolling back to front but then he gets stuck there and can't get back and gets pissed off. He has been eating solids since he turned 4 months at the advice of his pediatric gi since he was falling on his weight curve. We have also been concentrating his formula. I suspect when we follow up she will have us stop doing that because he is back up on his curve and is finally taking in a normal amount of oz a day. We are in the middle of sleep regression/teething hell and I don't know how to get out of it.

Caboose checking in! We're sitting on the peanut bench with opheliainwaders. Dd is 11lbs6oz (7lbs6oz at birth) and 24inches (20.5 at birth) so we've earned ourselves some weight checks. Other than the low weight she looks good and is hitting all her milestones. She's babbling and giving the biggest smiles. She has good head control, is grasping toys and has rolled a few times in the last two weeks but not consistently. The doctor said she has a top tooth about to pop through so yay to teething, dropping the swaddle, and the 4 month sleep regression all at once?

Our appt was today too.
14lb 14oz (35%) 8 lb 3 oz at birth 24.75" (30%) up from 20.5" at birth
He's dropped 20% at each of his last 2 appts lolol. He's up to eating 16 oz at daycare though, so I'm sure he's eating plenty and is just a peanut. It's so different for us considering our first was/is huge.
L is rolling, doing crunches, smiles at EVERYTHING and is all around the world's most pleasant baby. He goes to bed at 7 and I normally wake him up at 7, but he will sleep until 8 if you let him. Up 1 or 2 times to eat, then right back to sleep.

Yay for Tuesday caboose appointments!! C is 13 lbs 3 oz, 24.5" long. Pedi was happy with both and said we owe him 2 lbs and 2 inches at 6 months. We have yet to hit a target weight, but he stays happy with her growth so I guess were good.
She has rolled front to back once, but has zero interest in back to front. She sits pretty well with minimal assistance and has started standing bearing full weight. She hate tummy time so much I wouldn't put it past her to go straight to walking.

Lakes if it helps at all, A went through some sort of monster growth spurt in the past few weeks and is now 12.5lbs (we checked her at DD1's checkup today). So I wonder if yours will do the same? Get those boobs ready 😂
