I read this earlier and just felt so awful. I feel so badly for all of his victims. He is a criminal.

Wow. I remember seeing Frida in the theater in NY. It was a beautiful film. I had no idea the sacrifices Hayek made and the abuse she endured for years in order to make it. Weinstein is a monster.

He is a sociopath. I'm not saying that only sociopaths harass and assault women. Just that Weinstein is beyond.
I'm a little frustrated when she says women are devalued artistically. We are devalued everywhere.

He is a sociopath. I'm not saying that only sociopaths harass and assault women. Just that Weinstein is beyond. I'm a little frustrated when she says women are devalued artistically. We are devalued everywhere. I didn’t take that to mean that she meant women are only devalued artistically. She’s just speaking about a specific area that she has personal experience with, the same way an academic might assert that women have been devalued academically. As someone who works in the arts (not film, but visual arts), I might say the same thing.
