Age: 10 months
Milestones: I can't think of any big ones this week. Just cruisin' along with trying to walk, and chatting it up trying to talk!
Challenges: Sleep. The past week has been awful. I have a feeling he's working on his top two teeth. But man, MH and I are over it. OVER. IT.
Funny/cute stories: We took him to my IL's house this weekend and he got a tiny taste of a donut (thanks, SIL LOL). He obviously loved it and kept looking at the box and grunting! She tried putting him on the floor and he yelled at her, then kept pulling up to get back to the table. Someone has a sweet tooth!
How are you? Okay. Stressed with holiday planning and stuff that needs to get done. There just isn't enough time in the day.
Anything else? And MH has been Mr. Procrastination, which is killing me and making planning harder. We're both slammed at work, so I get it. My mental load is just too heavy right now to deal with more deadlines.
QOTW: We have lots of holiday traditions, but one is decorating stockings. Every year my mom would add something to our stockings, sometimes just a decoration and other times to commemorate something special from that year. We got to pick our items when we were old enough. Now, 30+ years later, my stocking is jam-packed with memories. I've already started it with my daughter, and we're doing it with C, too.
