Anyone want to join with me? I'm doing it minus the shakeology/ MLM I can offer moral support. I'm still trying to use the eating plan as a loose guide but I'm not doing the specific exercises currently. I never did the shakeology either.

I bought one of the videos. I mainly trying the food right now. 21 days to make a new habit and it will help me with portions

I'm doing a modified whole30 (still eating oatmeal/quinoa). So I'll keep along as far as accountability.

I'm doing a slightly modified 21 day fix - couple close swaps for things (e.g. swapped plain greek yogurt for my favorite icelandic skyr, I still do real creamer in coffee since I don't use sugar, and sometimes my one blue container is used more than once in a day bc cheese = amazing). I do have access to the streaming workouts, but I'm not (and won't) do shakeology!

I just started 21 day fix again. I have had great results with the program, but school was crazy this last semester and I haven't worked out in three months. I'm doing the workouts plus abs every day. I'm also going to try to stick with the meal plan as close as possible, but I'm currently babysitting in a house without a microwave. Planning healthy meals is hard without a way to heat veggies and grilled chicken up.

ironcorgi,do they have a toaster oven? I make veggie-heavy quesadillas/pita bred pizzas in the toaster oven at work frequently (I roast the veggies at home and portion them out for a few lunches). Or maybe broil them for a few minutes in a regular oven to get them reheated quickly?

ironcorgi, I usually do various mixes of red or yellow bell peppers, broccoli, portobella mushrooms, onions (vidalia or red), and zucchini. I'll throw black beans in the quesadillas for protein. My lunch yesterday was a flatbread pizza topped with pizza sauce, broccoli, zucchini, eggplant, mushrooms, and some fresh mozzarella.
