For the love of everything why did NO ONE pull out this gem during the endless campaign? Besides HRC, the man ran against approximately 127 Republicans. Who did the oppo research?!?!?! I think most of them didn't see him as a serious candidate until it was too late. Though I really would have expected the Dems to use it. I don't remember this exact quote, but they released plenty just like it and none of it mattered. All that mattered to his supporters is the shit he spewed during the campaign season.

Yeah, there was a lot of dirt. But "he tells it like it is" was the endless chorus. But this is attacking his base. I would have thought that might alienate them some.

There really is a Trump quote for all occasions. From the same article: "I enjoy testing friendship…. Everything in life to me is a psychological game, a series of challenges you either meet or don’t. I am always testing people who work for me." What a sadist.

Jerry Brown is basically saying California will just take the place of the US in leading the charge against climate change.
Jerry Brown is giving me life right now.

Does KA think she's helping the cause here?
"He’s stayed where he’s always been, and not for a lack of trying by those who have an opposite opinion,” said Kellyanne Conway, counselor to the president. “He started with a conclusion, and the evidence brought him to the same conclusion.”
Starting with a conclusion. Give me a fucking break.

Late catching up because jet lag.
I am so angry about the Paris Agreement but my BIL and DH who are both in the green energy/environmental field are slightly less freaked out than I am so I am following their lead. They're pissed obviously but more pragmatic about it.
And also CA has the 6th largest economy in the world so their environmental regulations have some sway so that is a plus.
(Who is this positive person? It must be the 2 hour nap I took today.)

Kimberly Guilfoyle is talking on Fox about how Trump called her this morning.
She's the one who said she was in talks to replace Spicer.
I can't tell if she's just a trifling ho or if moves are actually being made.

Peace out America. France has like 30 hour work weeks. My husband and I both have careers in US law and policy. I have no skills outside of this system of government. What a cruel joke. Consultant to France about US dumpster fire policy?

Did anyone see Rick Santorum's tweet? Is he really this stupid? I just.....
"Sad to be criticized by the left for something as obvious as solar (clouds & darkness) and wind (calm winds) are not reliable or consistent."

Maybe don't speak about things you don't understand Santorum. Again the charging of a battery analogy. This is why we need scientists in politics.
