enchanted - Dumplings may be easier than noodles, but I've only made homemade pasta with Italians and it was for a large crowd, so it's probably much easier than my experience LOL
I'm making this up as I go...
Sun - MH and I went out
Mon - Pasta with sausage, onion, and tomato with broccoli
Tues - Either leftovers, or breakfast ~ eggs, waffles, and fruit
Wed - NOLA style rice with sausage and a veggie
Thu - Either leftovers, or grilled cheese and chicken noodle soup
Fri - Probably leftovers
Sat - Holiday luncheon, so potluck, or takeout afterwards
QOTW: Sticky mess. I love them, don't get me wrong, but they're so messy.

Sun - Tacos Mon - asimplepalate.com/blog/slow-cooker-autumn-squash-soup/And that's as far as I've gotten. I decided yesterday to rejoin WW since they revamped their point system which seems to work better with how I eat anyway. So I need to come up with a plan for the rest of the week. QOTW: Waste. Perhaps I'll stir one into some hot cocoa, but I'm not going to willingly eat a candy cane.

boxerific - I'm paying for WW, but not tracking. It's equal parts laziness and not really loving the new format. We should hold each other accountable somehow.

I really wanted to do meetings, but couldn't figure out how to make them work with our crazy schedules. So instead, I'm doing virtual meetings with a group from my BMB. I'll take ALL the accountability. W30 is fun for me, but not realistic to do long term, so I had to bite the bullet and do something that I can do for more than 30 days. Since, you know, I gained everything back that I lost during my W30. Ugh.

Since, you know, I gained everything back that I lost during my W30. Ugh. The W30 is okay because I love a challenge. But it wasn't great for long-term with my life right now. I'd say I could do it 90%, but the evenings at home are really tough. And the out-and-about factor... yeah right.
I say we 'ping' each other here, share recipes, etc. and see how we do with tracking. I could use the accountability!
I lost a lot of weight a few years ago on WW, so I know it works and works long-term. But I've been bad about tracking this time. IDK why... excuses probably LOL

oldbaylover1024 We make pasta often. I just don't know if I want to deal with the time and the mess. The pasta is so much better, though. It's soooo much better.
The last time I made pasta was Easter a few years ago. My SILs and I made enough for 50 adults. It was... a lot. It's seared in my memory LOL

Good grief! I only make it for four with enough for some leftovers and think that's a lot of work. I can't imagine making it for fifty! We make gnocchi for Christmas (some years) and raviolis for Easter (every year - traditional and butternut squash). It's so much work. It's all very delicious, but OMG so much work. And 50 adults wasn't the biggest year. We've cooked more.
I boycott making it homemade for my family LOL Barilla for the win!
