Our beloved babysitter is home for the weekend from college and is watching the kids tomorrow, so MH and I are going to a 40th birthday party in the afternoon and a concert tomorrow night. BEST.

My cousins are in town from the PNW and I'm so excited to see them tomorrow! Should be a fun day And we're stopping at my ultimate favorite sub shop on the way home. I need subs for Sunday while we do yard clean up and put up Halloween decorations. Mmmmm... subs...

You really can't just wing it because it involves a lot of prep. 2) Do you Instagram? If so, I can give you some great people to follow who post recipes and product finds. 3) Hit up Mom's this weekend to get some basics: ghee, coconut oil (though you can get that anywhere), almond butter without added sugar. Tessemae's has a compliant ketchup & bbq sauce that I use, and Primal Kitchen has a mayo, and ranch dressing. You can get them on Amazon too if you have time. 4) Buy 17 dozen eggs. 5) Certain flavors of Larabars & Rx bars are compliant. These are critical for me. 6) If you drink coffee any other way than black, look at Nutpods. I get mine on Amazon. They are flavored unsweetened creamers that are compliant.

oldbaylover1024 oh, also... this may be in your book but I find this page very helpful: whole30.com/2013/08/revised-timeline/I think it's worth knowing that what I'm feeling on a particular day is normal. Like, when you detox from the sugar that first week you will hate everyone and everything. But it passes!

In order to get started on the right foot, I'm making some plan-friendly chili on Sunday for lunches/dinners on Monday and Tuesday. I'm used to meal planning/prepping so FX this isn't toooooo outside my usual. 2) I don't. I'm lame, I know LOL 3) Thanks for the store recommendation! Would Mom's or TJ be better? 4) LOL Maybe I'll get eggs at BJ's. That's on the errand list, too. 5) I've heard... I'll grab some. 6) I drink it black anyway, so this part is easy.
ETA: Oh dear lord... AF is set to arrive next week and I'm going to be sugar/booze/dairy free. I should be a peach LOL

I'm home again today, but I tackled my house this morning! It looks so good in here again. I'm crocheting now. Plus, DS is feeling much better!
