Mon - Leftovers galore
Tues - Traditional tacos, or I may try this taco/cornbread bake thing. It's been on my meal plan for weeks and I haven't tried it
Wed - Pasta night ~ probably the mac-and-cheese with chicken, tomatoes, and spinach I never made last week, plus a side salad
Thu - Probably leftovers
Fri - Breakfast for dinner ~ Western scramble with fruit and raw veggies
ETA: I forgot the QOTW! Salmon. I'll eat it, but I hate it.

Hi, I meal planned for the first time in 2394723974239 weeks.
Sun - leftover tacos for the fam, served over zoodles for me Mon - grilled burgers/dogs, roasted potatoes & green beans Tues - IP Pot Roast Wed - sweet potato, chicken & broccoli bake Thurs - leftovers Fri/Sat - TBD
QOTW: Mushrooms. I can't say that I "keep trying them" because TBH they gross me out just looking at them, but every so often a piece sneaks into my mouth if they're hidden in a dish. AND I ALWAYS KNOW. Blech.
