So, I've got a sage patch in my garden and need to thin it out so it doesn't shade out some other stuff. I don't know what to do with it other than sage brown butter.
Anyone have any favorite recipes to share?

way to give me a heart attack.
i got tagged and i was like... someone wants to talk about my kid? because even I don't speak dragon.
oh yeah... she's in speech therapy now because she only speaks in growls, hisses, squeaks and gestures.
Sage is very good to dry and use for various things like pork and tea and breakfast sausage.
