Hi all! I am looking for recommendations for a good BFing app. I am currently manually keeping track of time, minutes and sides but it is a pita this way.. Not wearing a bra yet (am a week PP and been pumping until my milk came in -delayed due to c-section- 2 days ago) or I would use a tag to at least keep track of sides heh. There s a ton of apps on the app store so instead of having to install them all and go the frustrating trail and error route I figured to ask you ladies. Thanks!

I use baby feed timer. I can track nursing sessions, bottles, diapers, growth, sleep, pumping, and when she's older add in solids. It alerts me when she's due to eat or when I need to pump. ETA: I can also add in reminders- like is she needed meds at a certain time.

I use Baby Nursing for breastfeeding, pumping and bottle-feeding. I find it easy to use.

I use Baby Tracker for nursing, sleep, and pumping. I also used it early on to track diapers and tummy time. I haven't tried this feature, but I'm hoping that H can download it and sync so that he can track everything when he stays with DS for the next two weeks. Baby Tracker (Feed timer, sleep, diaper log) by Nighp Software LLC itunes.apple.com/us/app/baby-tracker-feed-timer-sleep-diaper-log/id779656557?mt=8ETA: I keep a hair tie on my wrist to track sides as well. I found that really useful in the MOTN when I was too tired to read my phone screen correctly.

I liked BabyConnect. Nursing, pumping, bottles, cups, solids. Diapers. Sleep. Meds, height, weight, doctor appointments. Milestones (rolled over, sat up, first step, etc.)
Don't remember what else it can do. I loved that the app synced between my & DH's phone & it kept up with who input what.
I wish I hadn't had that new mom anxiety and needed to record everything, but I did, and I loved that app.

Thanks for the suggestions all! An app that tracks more then just BF sounds awesome - and I really like the idea if MH being able to track things as well and being able to sync together. Gonne check them out in the morning (or whenever I manage to get some sleep 😊)

Hair tie or stretchy bracelet to keep track of sides until you get used to feeling how full one side is vs the other. I used an app for like two weeks and gave up on it. Keep in mind that diaper output and weight gain are better indicators of supply than feeding frequency or length. I like the saying, "watch the baby, not the clock"

+1 Baby Tracker, but haven't read the responses so I may be repeating things:
It has been great. I've used it for tracking sleep, diapers, nursing, and later bottles and solids. It also has options for recording growth and vaccines which I like to fill out after DS's ped appts. You can assign it to an email address and multiple phones can sync to the same account.
