Can we have a thread like this? Not sure if someone does a weekly check-in thread?

I would love to see this take off. I was just thinking today that I need a place to keep myself motivated and accountable. Maybe a weekly thread?
I need to get back to running regularly and I still have 5 lbs of baby weight left to lose. I can no longer kid myself into thinking it's going to come off by itself eventually.

High in my last week are that I'm getting stronger. I've started a program through beachbody called hammer and chisel. It's weight lifting basically and I'm starting to do some of the workouts a second time. I'm able to lift more weight and in some cases the weights I have are to light. I have some adjustable weights on the way. They should arrive today.
Lows: I've felt pretty fatigue some days which I contribute to eating less carbs. I'm counting macros which has been great but while I'm eating more calories I'm actually eating less carbs. My carbs used to make up about 45-50% of my calories and now it's more like 35-40%. I am considering changing my weight loss goal from fast weight loss to moderate weight loss. I use a website called avatar nutrition to calculate my macros. They ask you a bunch of questions to calculate you macro count. Anyway, switching to moderate weight loss will give me more calories which means more fat, protein and carbs.
Goals: challenge myself weight lifting wise.

High: I ran 5k in 26:11 on Wednesday. I think that's my new PR. Also, we got a bike Chariot (for a great deal!), so I think we'll be going on a lot of family bike rides.
Low: My eating wasn't great. Not completely horrible, but I've been a couple hundred calories over my "limit" almost every day.
Goals: I'm going to Vegas in August and I basically want to look as good as possible in a bathing suit. I also want to try to take my dog for more runs, poor guy needs more exercise.

Ugh. So many lows. We haven't meal planned in about 2 weeks, so dinners haven't been the best, plus I was away last weekend and we ate out every night. I also haven't been to the gym in a while. Hoping to fix that issue soon.
Goals: Just get back on track.

High: I lost two pounds (after putting 5 back on) Low: No exercise (from being sick) and not staying away from sweets at night. Goal: Being active every day (starting tomorrow), with at least 4-5 good workouts. Cutting the sugar down. Losing 2 pounds. These are pretty much my goals every week!

jedi Wow, I actually have no idea what macros are. Sounds interesting. Macros you count your protein, fat and carbs . These are the things that make up calories. Each day I need to be within 10% of these numbers 156 protein, 161 carbs and 61 fat. It ends up being about 1800 calories. The website I use calculate them for me base it on my goals, current weight and body fat percentage. They also look at your history. I'm only on week 2 but I like it a lot. If I have enough macros then I can eat it. There's lots of different options from people who are maintaining or trying to build muscle. There is also a reverse dieting option which is for people who want to repair metabolism. It's pretty interesting. I am also on mfp. But I can't remember how to add ppl

High: on leg day, I squatted more weight than I ever have and my ass still is sore. Last night my first mile on the elliptical was 9.03. I have visible quad muscles and I can feel my ass getting tighter.
Low: I snacked a lot this week and drank more than I wanted to. The number on the scale can suck a dick but I'm obsessed with it. I know I'm gaining muscle and that weighs more but... My stomach still needs serious work.
Goal: kick my ass into gear and go 5 days to the gym next week. Limit snacks. Stay off of the scale.
