Thin Mints from Little Brownie Bakers are dairy free. That's our bakery if you're interested and they have $5 shipping this week if you order 10-30 boxes or something ridiculous, but I don't want to step on toes since I didn't bring up cookies first If addymac can get cheaper shipping through your council, do it. Mine is $13 for minimum 4 boxes I think it's the same starting at 4, the shipping deal is for 10+ boxes

I just need to unload because 2023 has been crap. But this week has made it real frustrating. My company is always incompetent about payroll. It's very frustrating but today I checked my paystub and they paid me a small bonus again this month, which they paid last month and I know is an error (boss confirmed). Annoying to sort out, but fine, whatever. but then I noticed the tax rate didn't make sense based on new rates recently released. So I check and they've only got 2 dependents for me, not 3. She's 4. They've been charging the wrong rate for 4 years. Also I know I submitted the paperwork when baby blurnette was born so it is yet again a failure on my company's part to make the adjustments. Also my boss told me I'd be getting a slightly larger annual bonus this year than last year. But my bonus pool comes out of a pool form a US team. My boss clearly doesn't understand fluctuating exchange rates, and my bonus is actually going to be slightly smaller. FFS.
Also, we've been so understaffed and struggling and I've been working so much, and the one new hire who's been great so far and a light at the end of the tunnel type thing (needed a new director to manage a team we are pretty integrated with) quit yesterday. He's been here a month. It's so much work and he's already done with us. Also that jackass just messaged me at 8:23 pm a question. SIR YOU ARE QUITTING STOP BOTHERING ME.
And then MH's citizenship and residency renewal has frustrating. It's all submitted but we had to jump through some extra hoops. An don th e way back from jumping thorugh said hoops, my dad's car broke down on the highway- engine cut off while I was going about 70 mph. So that was fun and I feel bad even though it wasn't my fault.
March needs to step it up.

blurnette989, I'm sorry. 2023 has been crap here too. We need a do-over. I hope things start to look up for you soon.

I posted this in the SN board too but we got the IEP and evaluation for my other twin that wasn't dxed with anything yet and he now has an educational dx of ASD. I knew it was a possibility and I'm prepared for it but it still is just another added stress to figure out and get supports in place, etc. We are getting the process started for a medical evaluation and if that goes the way we expect, he's on the waitlist for the same therapy school that his brother goes to. I'm already tired and now starting over the whole process of getting supports in place through the county, etc. again is just...ugh.

Hugs willow. ❤️ I hope everything moves a little faster and smoother this time around since you have already navigated the system in the past.

I'm sorry for everything blurnette989. I hope things start to turn around for you all soon. Even if you know it's a possibility, I understand feeling overwhelmed with starting the process again willow. It was already stated above, but hopefully if services are needed it's a bit easier this time since you already have some resources in place.
