I’m making Parmesan crusted chicken with garlic orzo and green beans.
That’s it. I guess we will have salads or breakfast for dinner at some point.

This weekend I discovered cage free eggs were cheaper then regular eggs at Aldi (2.29 vs 2.99)
I am so confused.

And I love that I can get the majority of basic items there. It is my favorite store since I’ve started going there. If you haven’t tried the Rueben bites they get from time to time, I highly recommend them. I’m glad I only bought one bag, because I would be eating them nonstop.

Okay so I hate Sundays in warm weather because it’s usually relaxed and projects and puttering and outside and good weather. And at 4/4:30pm I’m the one headed inside to make dinner.
Today this was paired with my kids being tired and grumpy and annoying.
So when I went inside, I brought them all inside with me. And called A up from his basement project. And I turned on 15 minutes of music and we cleaned and tidied together. And then I brought them all into the kitchen and opened the fridge and spoke about the options.
H suggested a snacky dinner so we heated some small amounts of leftovers, plus a large platter of cheeses, crackers, pickles, olives, and the like. I also steam-hard-boiled a dozen eggs.
The dinner wasn’t great for me, hah! But everyone was in a much better mood, and they got nourished.
