So I had a doctor appointment on Friday. She is sending me for an ultrasound (scheduled for the 14th) to look at gallbladder and ovaries. She thinks it's my gallbladder. She is also sending me for a HIDA test where they inject me with shit and then watch it travel through my body to see if my gallbladder is low functioning. They didn't have any openings for that until January. Kind of hoping they see what they need to with the us so I can cancel the HIDA. But if they see what she thinks they will then I'll have to get my gallbladder removed. Just the thought of that made me spiral on Cadence's schedule and who would get her where she needs to be when she needs to be. Cadence had her 2nd covid shot today. She freaked herself out over it, but it was done quickly so no tears.

Hi! I’m so done with having a task every day. I mean… such is life, but it’s getting old. Always having to run out to do this or that and then it seems the whole day is gone. I got the outside decorations up and we have to decorate the tree tonight. I still have to cook and get ready for the week ahead. Oh my gosh I know exactly what you mean. I've got a ton of documentation still to do for work and I'm struggling to get through it. We still need to put up the outdoor lights. I need to figure out dinner, exercise, walk the dog. It feels never ending sometimes. Yep. I saw a Twitter post that was like—- what weren’t you prepared for as an adult? Answer: the never ending- ness. There is always a task to do. It never stops. So damn true.

Ugh, so annoying, inthekitty! I really had no idea what I was getting into with the nutcracker, slenle. Four performances over three days and a 3 plus hour rehearsal. I think it's too much (at least at this age)but we committed. At least I know for next year.

inthekitty I’m sorry he was a douche. Also yes to all the stuff to get done. Having to be the captain is rough sometimes. It’s bad when I look forward to a Monday so I have to focus on work. I know what you mean. I think that is why I was so happy to be a work last week. I had an excuse not to have to focus on the fifty ‘leven chores and errands of home life. I can just be at work and be great at something I that I actually like doing.

I hope you can find out without the hida test, @klongoria. I know everyone is different but I had my surgery on a Wednesday morning and that Friday I was at the mall shopping and out to dinner (this was all pre-kids so take It with a grain of salt -- my energy level was a little different 🤣)

I perform HIDA scans. 😊 So basically if they see gallstones or possibly sludge in your GB on the US, the HIDA may not be necessary. If you do have to do the HIDA prepare to be lying down on an uncomfortable table for 1.5-2 hours. If you do have to have one, I can tell you more about it if you want.

So a project I helped with goes live tomorrow and they are doing a group photo of all the people who made it possible and I was invited. I’m so excited to actually be part of a group photo. They never invite me

klong11 I hope it gives you answers. I didn’t have my gall bladder out but MH did (also prekids) and if I recall he had it on a Monday (after an awful attack that had us in the ER all night Sunday), was released That night and drove back home from my house Wednesday to go back to work. We had a pre planned vacation for the following week and he was 100% by the

The boys both had their 2nd shots yesterday. B was awful leading up to it, I felt bad for the other kids who had to listen to him wailing. S didn’t even feel them put the needle in, like he actually asked her when she was gonna do it, and she was putting the bandaid on.
No side effects except S had some injection site pain (which is funny since it was so painless going in). It started hurting pretty bad after dinner, and woke him up at 5 AM this morning asking for Tylenol to help. He was mostly fine today but complained off and in that it hurt.
I’m happy it’s done.

slenle gusterOur dress rehearsals are not that long. Y'all have some poor time management people in charge. I'm sorry.

The rehearsal we have next Wednesday starts at four and ends at seven. I just think also for the bit parts that this age group has that they shouldn't have to stay for the majority of the program, unless, of course, they wanted to maybe in the audience with their parents.

We do one scene at a time. Sometimes they need to do the transition for the tech crew from battle to snow, but it’s not that hard. There’s no reason all the roles should have to stay the entire time. That’s dumb.
