Good Morning everyone! I wanted to pass along this smoothie recipe that has helped relieve my nausea over the last few days! It's delicious and refreshing! - Fresh minced ginger
- Juice of half a lemon (or whole lemon if you want)
- 1 tsp (ish) of maple syrup
- Dash Cayenne pepper (I don't include this)
- 4 peeled mandarin oranges (or 2 larger oranges)
- Handful of fresh or frozen spinach
- Then blend (add water if needed to get a smooth consistency)

This sort of reminds me of the detox smoothie at tropical smoothie. Certainly healthier than my gonger ale!
