babybean, i have definitely gone through a rollercoaster of emotions this second time around - "what have i done?" has definitely gone through my mind multiple times. i think that is completely normal. being away from friends and family and not feeling like you have a network of support is so hard! i have been there myself and i wish i had some good advice, but i just took things day by day and tried to find things to keep myself busy so i didn't have too much time to think about it. i know that's probably not very helpful, but know that we are all here for you whenever you need to vent. i also went through a few weeks of extreme bloating that i don't remember at all the first time around! i have just resigned myself to the fact that i will be bigger this time around😐

I've had a headache that has been pretty non stop since yesterday. I've been increasing my water intake but I'm miserable.
I slept all day yesterday so tiredness and headaches have been my symptoms lately. It's hard because my 2 yo only wants me and it's harder to take care of her when I feel like crap.

My food aversions are setting in. I made myself an egg and cheese bagel this morning and by the time I got to work it sounded absolutely disgusting to me. So I got a nutella chocolate chip muffin instead. So much for eating healthy. Womp.

I'm starting to get RLP pain already when I sneeze in the wrong position...??? I don't remember this happening until I was like 5 or 6 months along last time.

It was every time I stood up. Then it went away... Sadly the last few days it has decided to make a little bit of a return. Much dislike.

I had a drop of colostrum come out yesterday. I weaned DS in March so I'm assuming that's why, but I was surprised.

Holy nausea Batman. I was pretty sure I was pregnant bc I started to get carsick - the only time I've ever been motion sick is while KU. I wish the preggy pops didn't have a wrapper that says PREGNANT on it. Last time I kept a ton of ginger chews in my bag but ever since that first trip even looking at them makes me feel sick. I need to figure out some food that helps and that I won't mind hating for the rest of my life 😂😂

And the nausea is right on schedule. Last time it started at week 6 (I'll be 6 weeks tomorrow) and lasted until week 16. The idea of 10 weeks of this is so depressing.

I'm exactly one week behind you and also got hit with nausea starting at 6 weeks. I'm going to try to enjoy this next week as much as I can!

I had two days of awful nausea in the middle of week six. Now it's pretty mild as long as I don't let my stomach get empty. Also I think my stomach must be squashed small because I get so full and GROSS feeling after eating a normal meal.

alwayscheese That was one of my first symptoms last time...feeling so full after eating like 3 bites of something. So far this time I'm starving and eating a tonne since I'm worried that in a week or so I won't be able to stomach anything. My stomach is definitely not squished this time around:)

I hate it. How do I already feel like I have no room left?

I've been trying to eat smaller meals so I don't feel so full and gross after, but I always feel SO hungry so I eat as much as I usually do. And then I have to end up eating lots of snacks so I don't feel sick in between meals.

I'm freakin exhausted, like seriously the walking dead. I mean I must be growing a T-Rex or something. I can barely push through the days. I am not usually a sleeper but I slept 10 hours the other night and couldn't drag my ass out of bed. All I want to do is go home and crash but my kids need to eat and that's a pain in the ass.

I mean, I get that they probably have to label them so people don't think they are just candy but still!! Way to be discreet. I have been munching on Cheerios for nausea and always have a bag in my purse. DH keeps saying he already feels like he has a child. Lol.

My boobs are so sore! I've also been pretty tired. No nausea yet, but last time I didn't get morning sickness until after 8 weeks.

I'm having some very mild cramping on and off. I keep catching myself thinking, "ok, 2 more weeks until the nausea kicks in" and I have to remind myself that things probably won't be just like last time.

I am not even 5 weeks yet but the exhaustion, bloating and hot flushes have started. I remember being tired from last time but I don't remember the other two symptoms. By the end of the day I look three months pregnant. I had a easy first tri the first time around so I am waiting to see what symptoms, if any I will get this time

I don't think you're the only one that said the 8 weeks thing and it's making me nervous. I've only had two really bad days and now it's manageable. Worse in the evenings tho. If it gets worse again I'm gonna have to talk to a doctor.

Every night I'd get sick between the hours on 9 and 10 at night. I could practically set a clock by it.

It's gotta be a second time around thing. Mine has started to calm down a bit now...but weeks 3 and 4 were ridiculous!

For the nausea my Dr suggested spearmint tea so I've been drinking this Bigelow Plantation Mint Tea, 20-Count Boxes (Pack of 6) (Packaging May Vary) www.amazon.com/dp/B000GFYRIU/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_7EXGzbM1BVRECIt's actually really been helping so if you're suffering you may want to give it a go. I'm not a tea person but this is actually pretty good and for as much as it helps it's well worth it.

It also doesn't help that I feel like I immediately slipped into "pregnant sitting pose" where my arm or hand is resting on my bLump. This pregnancy will be exactly zero surprise to anyone.

My students are going to figure it out pretty quickly anyways when I keep leaving class to pee or throw up.

I'm having really bad heartburn today. I took some tums earlier and it's not really helping. I guess I'll have to go to the store and pick up some Zantac.

My husband and I took our nearly 2 year old to a large zoo today and I was totally zonked. I kept wanting to sit down. I felt lazy but I think is the pregnancy exhaustion. I skipped the Aviary because of the smell.

Welp... I just barfed in the car on the way home from taking our dogs for a walk. Thank goodness for spare poop pick up bags. DH was rather amused. He was sweet and stopped so we could pitch it even though we were almost home. I guess I am glad it's not in the trash can at the house.

I just got super jealous of the poo my 2yo took.
Any tips for relieving the constipation? I was taking Metamucil but I think it was making me sick and not helping much.
