Achievements: I got the invitations sent out for my sisters baby shower.
Challenges: Planning 2 parties. One is next Sat, the other the beginning of August.
Plans for the week? Lots of 4th of July stuff. Yesterday went to DH's Uncles for a 4th of July celebration complete with fireworks. Tonight my band is playing at one of the cities celebrations. Tomorrow we play at a neighborhood celebration picnic and going to DH's cousins house.
How are YOU doing? Great! We just bought a new dishwasher and we're getting a new stove top too. I can't wait for them to be delivered. Plus tomorrow we're doing my favorite concert of the year. The neighborhood does a big parade, they get the fire department to come and spray water for the kids, and they feed us.
Q's/Vent?
QOTW- Favorite place to buy an inexpensive but nice dress? I don't really wear dresses. I think I got my last one at either Ross or JC Penny

Achievements: worked out 5x, only ate out once, kept two kids alive
Challenges: money.
Plans for the week? Enjoy the holiday with friends tomorrow. Other than that, try not to spend any money. Probably go to the pool.
How are YOU doing? I feel really good about some thing and not good at all about others. H wants to spend the weekends doing things around the house and relaxing (understandable since he works all week), whereas I want to get out as a family. With our limited budget, it's hard to find things to do. So I wind up in a bad mood. Also, the money thing is really bothering me. I feel so helpless.
Q's/Vent? Somebody do a budget for me.
QOTW- Favorite place to buy an inexpensive but nice dress (Or suit if you're a SAHD)? Uh I don't know. If I needed something for an event, Kohl's or Macy's would be my go-tos, depending on how formal/time of day, etc.

Achievements: Our renovations are done! I have a kitchen back and I've got quite a bit put back together.
Challenges: I need to get back into the routine of meal planning and getting dinners together. Also, DD2 is just absolutely exhausting me. She's into everything she can be and climbing all the things.
Plans for the week? Today we will probably go swimming and my parents and cook out, I'm not sure the rest of the week yet but hopefully a family zoo day. Our wedding anniversary is this week but I don't know of we are doing anything.
How are YOU doing? Pretty good, really excited to be done with house projects and getting everything back on track.
Q's/Vent? How do I get an almost 20 month old to learn that no actually means don't do it?
QOTW- Favorite place to buy an inexpensive but nice dress (Or suit if you're a SAHD)? Probably kohls when we have a 30% off.

Achievements: completed G's Shutterfly book.
Challenges: finding time to go to Zumba. Dh picked up and if OT so I can't really be too upset.
Plans for the week? Parade/ BBQ today, Dr appt Wed, Parents visiting Thurs, Bday party Sat. Super busy short week.
How are YOU doing? I'm over being touched. Between the baby and the girls and Dh and the heat, I'm just done.
Q's/Vent? I'm lacking me time. The kids have stopped napping all at the same time so I don't even have that time anymore.
QOTW- Favorite place to buy an inexpensive but nice dress (Or suit if you're a SAHD)? I haven't bought a dress in a long while.

Achievements: kept the kids alive, addressed invitations for their birthday party.
Challenges: getting my almost five year old to listen.
Plans for the week? Holiday stuff Monday and Tuesday, trip to splash pad tomorrow, my mom visits this weekend and MH and I have his cousin's wedding on Saturday.
How are YOU doing? Okay, I need more alone time. I was with my ILs, H and kids for a long time this weekend and I almost lost it.
Q/Vents: I hate feeling left out at family things. My dad, mom and brother all live out of the area from me, so we see my ILs A LOT! Which is great and I'm glad my kids see their grandparents, aunts, and uncles but I still feel like I don't belong. MH and I have been together for 10 years, married 6. Its hard to articulate how I feel. Maybe I'm just missing my family.
QOTW: LOFT, Macy's online with sales, JC Penney online.

Achievements: We made it to July! Slowly trekking our way back to school!
Challenges: Just dealing with DS' demands in between non-camp hours. I feel like his personal maid, it's annoying & the whining. O.M.G.
Plans for the week? Just being DS' chauffeur as per usual with camps & activities.
How are YOU doing? Kind of tired. I usually have all these plans I'm going to get accomplished & then I don't do anything. The day goes by way too fast & DS can be so annoying in the morning before camp, that I just want to bask in the silence & do nothing.
Q's/Vent? I wish I had more energy/motivation.
QOTW- Favorite place to buy an inexpensive but nice dress (Or suit if you're a SAHD)? I've seriously had luck at Walmart. When I don't, then sometimes I check out Forever 21 online.

Achievements: I've got nothing. It's been a stressful week. Challenges: Trying to keep up with housework while both of my kids are home all day. Plans for the week? Nothing much. I was told to take it easy by my OB for the next few days. So lots of plans for playing in the backyard. How are YOU doing? ***TW-pregnancy and possible loss mentioned*** I'm okay. my HCG levels went up last week, and it looks like they actually have a doubling time or 42 hours (it was an 84 hour doubling time last week). I was spotting a little yesterday, but that seems to have stopped. Q's/Vent? I've got nothing. QOTW- Favorite place to buy an inexpensive but nice dress (Or suit if you're a SAHD)? Probably Target. That's usually where most of my shopping happens

I'm the same way with getting things accomplished. It's like by the time I have a chance to get caught up, I'm too effing overwhelmed to do anything. It's frustrating as shit.

Achievements: Not a whole lot this week.
Challenges: I have been and still am sick.
Plans for the week? Trying to get stuff done. Fireworks earlier this week.
How are YOU doing? Sick, complete with migraine.
Q's/Vent?
QOTW- Favorite place to buy an inexpensive but nice dress (Or suit if you're a SAHD)? It has been several years since I have needed to buy a nice dress, I think about 5 years. I think I got that last one at JCP, but every major store seems to be so hit or miss, either you find nothing or you find a bunch you like, it's never consistent. I couldn't name a single store where I know I could go and for sure (or even most likely) come out with a dress.
