Yeah, I still call them Aunt and Uncle. A few have a told me I can stop, but it's a hard habit to break. Plus, IDK, it feels weird! They've been Aunt So-and-So and Uncle So-and-So for almost 35 years!

Okay! So, my mom's older sister is just "Tanta", and when we talk about Tanta everyone knows who we mean. My mom's younger sister is Tante (name), and her husband is Uncle (name). My mom's brother is Uncle (name) and his wife is Aunt (name). My dad's brother is Uncle (name) and his wife is just (name). A bit weird and complicated, but it has to do with ethnicity and who came into the family later lol

It’s funny because if I’m referring to them, I definitely call them “Uncle Name” or “Aunt/Auntie Name” but if I’m talking to them, I mostly just say their name and only occasionally their “title” first.

Just names or nicknames, but that’s how we always referred to them. My husband uses Aunt and Uncle with his.
