just finished my third. If you survive, it does start to get better. Does it thought? I’m on #6 and I’m really irritated that I’ll be dealing with this for the next decade or so. Wtf. I only had one cycle between each of my last three babes so this is INSANE to me. Bleh. LOLOL I guess it’s all relative. I wish that hormonal birth control didn’t make me insane bc it would be SO NICE to skip this bullshit.

Yes I see zero need for my period now that I’m done having rugrats. Thankfully my IUD has mostly kept that under control but still. No thank you.

No teeth that I can see or feel yet 🤷🏼♀️ Yeesh whatsit, hope it’s in there somewhere. H is out of town for work this week. I miss him, of course. But dang it is nice to have some me time after L goes to bed. Which I’ve been spending like any self-respecting adult would... watching gossip girl, eating ice cream, and dicking around on my phone with no one to shame me.

Oh man whatsit that is my nightmare ever since I got my IUD this year. How did you figure out it was out of place? I've had my IUD for 6 months and I'm not impressed. I still get horrible periods every month that last 10 days. I was hoping to not get any periods with it but no such luck.

I still get horrible periods every month that last 10 days. I was hoping to not get any periods with it but no such luck. I was able to feel the strings and they disappeared about a month ago. I waited a bit just incase it had to do with my cervix/cycle but... I didn’t know if it changed because I also stopped nursing around the same time but my Dr looked at me like I was crazy so... But he did forgo a pelvic exam when I told him I couldn’t feel them. He thought there was no point to confirm what I already knew so sent me for the ultrasound. Had that done this afternoon and It’ll be a few days before I know anything I guess. Ultrasounds aren’t nearly as fun when there’s nothing fun to see. They had to use the probe one too so that’s always a good time 🙄

SO works 12 hr shift work so some rotations it’s like he doesn’t even exist. But I have to say my favourite are afternoon shifts because after he kids go to bed it’s all me time and I can do and watch whatever I want. So I am totally nodding along. The best.

I miss those times. Mh is at home until he gets cleared to drive and go back to work and I am very much looking forward to him going back. The days the big kid has school are my favorites. The baby has become a really good napper and I look forward to the two 2 hours I have to myself to watch and do whatever I want.

whatsit that happened to me with my pre-kids IUD. Turned out the strings just softened a lot and coiled up inside my cervix. Hopefully that's all that's going on with yours. cp3 which IUD do you have? I had a copper one pre-kids and Kyleena right now. I was told my periods would gradually lessen and disappear but it's been the opposite. I'm bleeding (lightly) almost constantly with actual periods every two to three weeks. I'm getting it removed in two weeks. Next time I'll get a copper one again.

A took her first steps while we were at a wedding on Saturday! Of course my grandma and I had been talking that morning, how it might be a while and she looked like she needed a little more balance/strength. She’s always making a liar out of me. DS took one step Sunday morning finally. Now he takes one step and just trust falls into the hands of whoever he's supposed to walk to and giggles hysterically.

Ya i am not loving my copper IUD. Woke up to my soft cup spilling at 3am a while back. 😱 Now I'm on a pill (a mini i think?) to help control it and I'm taking it straight through and i think this month it's finally under control???

He hasn't done it again since. Sometimes he will take a couple steps but then he wants to quickly grab onto something or he just starts crawling again. He can't move up to 12-24 month room at daycare until he is walking, so I am hoping he figures it out soon. alwayscheese, L does the trust fall and laughs pretty much every time he does it too.

J had tubes put in his ears this morning. He’s doing pretty well...cried a lot when he woke up in recovery. But I got to cuddle with him and gave him some diluted juice and he calmed down a bit. He woke up a little while ago and seems to be feeling better.

I called the Dr and he said it happens sometimes and to give him Tylenol. 🙁

auri hopefully the fever goes down soon! L was also very upset coming out of the anesthesia. No fever, but we did have some drainage which was worrisome at first, but totally normal they said.

Thanks, I hope so too. I called and spoke to his ENT and he said just to give him Tylenol. I did and his fever went up to 103. I gave him a bath to get it down a bit. I guess I’ll just have to keep an eye on him tonight. It worries me that it went up after the medicine, but at least the bath worked.

How's J doing today auri? He’s still running a low fever, but Motrin is keeping it under control. Other than that he’s not quite as clingy as he was last night. Thanks for checking on him 🙂
