DS is almost 14 weeks. She is starting to do 6-7 hour stretches. Is this going to mess up my supply?
ETA:sorry so that means that she is going about 7ish hours without eating.

I think your supply should be fine. If you're really worried, you could do a dream feed before you go to bed (which might get you more sleep) or pump in the morning, either while nursing or a bit after. But 6-7 hours at night at that age seems just fine for supply. It's pretty well established at this point.
If she is going for longer stretches and keeps that up, it can bring back your period. This is when breastfeeding alone stops being an effective birth control method.

She goes to bed usually 8-9pm so I follow shortly after so a dream Feed won’t work until she starts going to bed earlier. I do pump in the morning after her first feed and tend to get 5-6 ounces total. But that’s the only time I pump currently so I’m not sure what my supply looks like as the day goes on

i wouldn't worry at this point. if she's nursing on demand she'll get what she needs over the course of the day. and not to be a debbie downer, but this might be a phase and she'll go back to night-waking in a couple of weeks.
