You ladies chat about babywearing still, right? I'd love some thoughts on what you did when babywearing came to an end.
I have several wraps (and some $$$) that we have pretty much outgrown and we are done having kids. DD2 is 18 months and we'll use a tula or ssc when needed now. On one hand, I have some serious sentimentality on 3 wraps that I'd love to make into something, but then, the thought of how much money I could get back horrifies me. They are shorties, so I would be afraid to take much length as a scrap. I am at a basic level with a sewing machine, but could make something like a basic quilt with scraps.
Idk. I'd love to hear any ideas you guys have! I need to commit or sell.

Sell them.
Use some of the money to buy a picture frame for a nice pic of you wearing LO, or of LO using the wraps as a background.
ETA: and this is coming from a hoarder. Llol.

Depending on the wrap brand, there are FB groups where you can find scrap from particular designs for a keepsake or to make something out of. So you may be able to get some scrap of the same design and sell the actual wrap whole. I got some Ethos wrap scrap I'm making a couple of cowl scarves out of. Depending on the length/width, you could make a decorative pillow or a quilt, or stretch the fabric in an embroidery frame or mount it in a picture frame. something like this: This would be cool to do with a nice photo of you wearing inside. or this:

I do LOVE that collage up there! If they are prints/colors that match your decor.

I just googled, looks like they're all pinterest pins, but the links are not all good. the embroidery hoop is on this list: the frame is on this list: and the framed pieces are here, I think the image is actually scrap paper, but could totally be done with fabric: Pinterest has some great ideas for wrap scrap projects, especially if you can sew- stuffed toys, purses, loveys, key fobs, headbands, etc. I'm using this tutorial to make my cowl scarves: babybondaproductions.com/portfolio/free-download-wrap-scrap-cowl/

one of the wraps would probably look really nice in an embroidery hoop if I can get my hands on a scrap. The other wraps have really wide stripes which would be hard to capture in small frames, but that is a really neat idea!
