I'm just curious if anyone us subscribed to this.
I don't have the money to join a gym, nor the childcare to make it to the gym if I joined, but I want variety in my access to home workouts so I'm wondering if this would be a good idea.
Anybody have thoughts on this?

I have it and I love it for when I am home. I need to get back into it. I love the variety and that some of it is dancing so dd can actually do it with me.
My sister did 21 day fix and is now doing the Obsession and loves it too and looks great.

I have this and currently use it for workouts. I really like it! I'm time-limited and there's lot of options for 30 minute workouts. I only have the workout app....I don't pay for any of the extra stuff they sell, and I think the price is worth it for what you get.

Yeah, I won't do the shakes, just the workouts. I'm going to go for it, the cost is much less than a gym with childcare would be, so what the heck, I'll do it.
I desperately need something different.
Any suggestions for workouts to try? I've done piyo once and that's the only one I've tried.

The great thing about BOD is that there’s something for everyone. I’ve seen everything from cardio to strength to yoga and even dance workouts.

I decided I'm going to follow T25 starting tomorrow and really dedicate myself to it for the 10 week program they have laid out. I know a couple people who've done it and really got good results, so I figure it's a good place to start.

We like the dance ones. The Country Heat is good, but I feel like it is slower. I really like the hip hop abs. I also do the 21 day fix videos
Let me know how you like T25

I'm going to keep doing it thoigh and hopefully I'll get better. I had to modify quite a bit.

I'm so excited to have found this thread!! When we were in the process of moving and then trying to keep two houses clean, etc, I really got out of my good workout and eating habits and...it shows. I was toying with the idea of doing 80 day obsession to restart good habits (NOT any shakes, just the workout plan). Bit I was afraid it might be gimmicky. I think I'll do the trial and see how I like it

I was at a friend's house this weekend and we did a coyple of the 80 Day Obsession workouts. I am SORE.
She is going to let me use her login so I'm going to start from the beginning and alternate 80 Day Obsession with treadmill jogging. I've been doing Bikini Body Mommy workouts (2 at a time) but I'm ready for something more challenging. This should take me through the end of the year. In nervous because they are longer than my typical workouts and I sometimes like to snooze until the last possible minute so I'm really going to have to start getting up earlier if I want to fit them in.

I love 21 day fix. I did that a couple times then jumped into T25. I really liked that too. My friend is a Beachbody coach and looks INCREDIBLE (huge success) and she told me to keep up with these for a while before trying 80 day obsession. The workouts are. Lot longer and are sometimes so hard they make her cry.
I have been mostly cycling, running, walking, and hiking since the weather has been cooperating but come winter I will likely jump back into 21 day fix and do that a couple times before possibly trying 80 day obsession around the new year.
I should say I also did BBM 5.0 before joining beach body on demand and that is free and a good place to start. People on HIH were doing it too and it was awesome to have a support group.

@stcyct would you say T25 or 21 day fix is harder? I have been trying T25 and I like it, but I'm in not good shape so it's definitely not easy for me. Just wondering if 21 day fix would be easier to start with.

I feel like T25 is harder. 21 day fix has modifiers that make the harder stuff doable, and there is enough built in rest for you to recover in my opinion.

I did a week straight of T25 and I had to modify a lot and was dying and felt like I couldn't keep up. I think I'll try 21 day fix first.

Changed my plan of doing 21 day fix and tried Turbo Fire. I totally struggle to follow along because I apparently have no rhythm, but it was super fun and I actually was enjoying working out.

I’m late to this but I LOVE turbo fire. It took me a long time to get the choreography down but it is fun regardless. .
