H joked that I looked well into 3rd tri already... yikes! YH must have forgotten how big 3rd tri bumps are! 😂 On a related note, I'm not washing my maternity clothes before wearing them. Pulling them from the box as needed, then throwing them in the wash afterward. 🤷♀️ LOL I know! At 7 weeks, I'm looking probably like I did around 13 weeks last time. So bigger, but not exactly 3rd tri levels. I'm storing the clothes in a plastic tote which gives off a chemical smell. I'll see how bad it is. There's no way I can comfortably button my regular dress pants at this point.

I'm only slightly past 11 weeks and definitely look the way I did at 20ish weeks with my first, maybe 13-14 with my second. I brought my maternity clothes up from the basement this weekend and need to go through them to see what, if anything, I have in there that's appropriate to wear to my current job (which is much more formal than my previous ones).

I forsee pulling out my maternity clothes very soon. For now I've been living in leggings and athletic pants. I wear scrubs for work so those are a little more forgiving. I'm all about being comfortable this go around. No need to stuff myself into regular clothes when I have maternity stuff on hand already.

I gave all my maternity clothes away after my last loss. Which is unfortunate since I can't button my jeans! I plan to keep things really simple and order a little as possible. There is a dramatic change as a TTM. I am really looking round really fast!

I dug out my maternity jeans pretty early this time, and I have plenty of flowy tops that are hiding the blump for now. All of my dresses make me look obviously pregnant, so I save those for the weekends. Luckily, my job this time around has a casual dress code, so that makes things easier.

FTM here! Where is a good place to buy maternity clothes? I don't want to spend a ton, but I have to dress up for work so I'll definitely need to get at least a few things. I am so bloated I already look way past 10 weeks pregnant, but I'm just embracing it as my baby bump already lol

They have affordable stuff but also carry pricier lines like A Pea in the Pod. I dropped $250 there yesterday on two dressy dresses (for work and upcoming weddings) that were buy one get one 50% off, and two layering tanks. Old Navy is supposed to be good but I have never been able to find maternity in any of the stores near me and I prefer not to buy online unless I am familiar with how a brand fits me. When I was pregnant with DD I did a TON of shopping on zulily for maternity. They have amazing deals going on every day.

Zulily usually has cute things, and I love my maternity jeans that I found at Destination Maternity earlier this year. There was a BOGO 1/2 off deal which made it more affordable. I’ve heard that Pink Blush is good for dresses, but I haven’t ordered from them yet. I’m hoarding Gap rewards right now for fall/winter clothes, but I’m hoping that I can pull off the unbuttoned shirt/open cardigan with a tee look so that I can save some money.

Old Navy is only online, but it's free return shipping, so it's easy to buy a few sizes to try on. I also have some stuff from Morherhood Maternity.

Old Navy carries maternity stuff that was returned in the clearance section (this may vary from store to store), and I lucked out with a few summer items. I have some pants from last time that should work, and I picked up some full panel leggings from Target. I’m wondering if I can pull off making my maternity scrub bottoms look like dress pants (I have a black pair and a navy pair). That would be great bc I loved those.

I am so bloated I already look way past 10 weeks pregnant, but I'm just embracing it as my baby bump already lol I'm a sale shopper but I like Seraphine for dressier stuff and ASOS is my main go-to. H&M used to have some amazing nursing tanks, not sure if they still have them. Old Navy for leggings. I bought a nice pair of Paige maternity jeans that have lasted through my last two pregnancies and I love them, but everyone is different in the style of maternity pants - e.g. over bump or under. And obviously they don't fit as well when the bump is still small. Gap can have some cute stuff, Nordstrom can carry some good stuff too. I sale shop religiously at all of the above so start early and watch for sales, they'll happen! Have fun!

Just came back from a few day beach getaway with the fam. I was a blast, but I’m exhausted! I plan to tell my staff tomorrow! I’m excited to see their reactions

At 6.5 weeks, I have a solid bump of bloat that never goes away and exists only right at my middle where baby bumps go. I can't wear anything but leggings (which are already tight there) and a pair of paneled waist jeggings I have, or dresses that make me look clearly pregnant. And it sounds like many of us are in the same boat. I don't care that it's bloat... Regardless it's caused by the changes in my body from being pregnant so by golly it's my baby bump no matter what anyone else wants to call it! I won't be working outside the home during (or after) pregnancy so I'm planning to just make it work with whatever looser clothes I have even if I need to be pretty casual most of the time or wear the same stuff a lot. Plan to get a pair of maternity jeans and a couple maternity leggings, a couple maternity tees, and of course bras/undies as needed but hope that's it! I was planning to do a month or two of Rent the Runway maternity during the holidays when I'll be big just to really enjoy playing dress up with a bump, if our budget allows.

+1 to the old Navy leggings. I fond they're the only ones that fit properly! Other brands run big around my legs. And thank you to whoever said you can still order mat clothes from there on line. I went to the mall last week and was so sad that their mat section was gone:(
I live in maternity leggings, tank tops and cardigans. That way I really only have to buy leggings and a few cheep tanks. I can use all my non pregnancy cardigans through winter and I use one of SO's old winter coats from the 80s when the time comes. I splurged and bought a few pricey maternity tops last summer so I'm glad I'll get use out of those. I don't plan on spending over 50$ this pregnancy if I can help it. Right now my lulu tights are wonderfully soft and stretchy so they should get me into 2nd tri I hope.

Oh yeah once winter hits, definitely start stealing YH's stuff! This will be my third winter baby and I have never bought a maternity coat; I just use DH's North Face fleece. He has a lot of great stuff for me to sleep in too.

I found a cheap maternity coat at ON for like 30 bucks. There's no way I could have fit into my normal or H's coats. There are definitely affordable options out there.
+1 to not wanting to spend any extra money on maternity clothing this time around though. I was pregnant 2 years ago with a February due date, so I don't anticipate needing anything except maybe a special-occasion outfit for Christmas.

I have 2 really nice nursing dresses that are also maternity dresses (stretchy matetial) so I'm hoping they'll get me through the holidays. I haven't used them as maternity dresses yet so I'm hoping they work. I have a few non maternity dresses that worked during my last pregnancy too (60's style...short but not fitted) so I plan to pull those out again if needed.

I'm regretting my breakfast choice big time. I got up and worked out at 5 this morning and thought I was really hungry. Turns out I really wasn't and I'm trying so hard not to throw up at work.

Kudos on the working out! I get up at the last possible minute that I can without being late to work. I am so tired all the time! 😴 Hope you feel better! I’ve been there so many times! Feeling sick at work is even worse than feeling sick at home!

My ultrasound went really well. Baby measured 7+3 (2 days ahead of where I thought I’d be) and a strong HB of 153.

I'm soooooo hungry today. It's only 11:15 and I've already eaten a packet of DS's mini granola bites (pre-workout), a protein shake and whole wheat blueberry muffin (post-workout), and a Greek yogurt with berries. I really don't want to eat my lunch yet but I'm struggling!

sunshiney, that is basically my plan got maternity clothes as well. I have a trial in late fall, so I know I am going to need a few things. I was thinking rent the runway would be perfect because I can look decent with minimal effort. Other than that I just need a few pairs of jeans and a few tops. I also looked at maternity stitch fix.

dashook , there have been so many days in the past 4 weeks where I've finished all my food by 10:30 :/ It's the worst! I just ate some mini pretzels with peanut butter. Please let this hold me until 1:00 at least!
