I’ve been nursing my DD for a little over 4 weeks now and I’m not engorged anymore or anything (except maybe first thing in the AM). But my breasts recently are tender to the touch. They aren’t red or anything and everything looks normal to me. I don’t remember breast tenderness when I nursed my son.
Eta: I haven’t been wearing a bra or supportive tank the last couple days so not sure if that’s why. I have smaller size breasts if that matters.

I don't think you would see any redness yet. You could try "fluffing", which could be painful when they are already sensitive, but it's important to resolve the clogged ducts before they develop into mastitis. I have had this happen a couple of times and they eventually got better with fluffing.

I had clogged ducts a lot with my son bc I pumped quite a bit but i haven’t had any yet with this baby.

is it possible you've been sleeping on your stomach? or sleeping on your side in a way that is compressing your breast tissue? maybe try propping yourself up with pillows so you can sleep on your back?
i would try applying either heat or cold-- whichever seems like it would provide relief. take a hot bath or apply cold packs. you could take advil for a couple of days, too, to help with inflammation.
