I've been staying off my phone while I'm home to be more present. I've also noticed the amount of time I waste on my phone at home has been making me procrastinate big time. Since cutting down, I've been accomplishing a lot more in the evenings.
We got a lot done around the house yesterday and my parents came over. My dad wasn't supposed to be home from FL until May, but with the passing of my uncle, he came home with my mom until they go back the end of June. So it was nice to see him.

H has also been feeling much better and doing a lot more around the house again. The small accomplishments make him feel better and push him to keep doing a little more. We are down to having only 1 box left to unpack, and of course it's mine. 😂

Betweenthelines, he says "not good" when you ask him. He seems better though. No fever and no puke since yesterday am - he went to school today. And he was holding down milk since 3:30 so that's good. I'm glad your H is feeling better and is able to help out more.

RunsforWineandCarbs, Glad C is feeling better. Would you consider (or would A be willing to) putting A in GoodNites for bed? It is my plan until DD wakes up dry for 2 consecutive weeks. I just don't want to have to keep washing bedding.

Betweenthelines, I have told her we will put her back in pull ups if she continues to wet her bed. She stopped for like a month and now the past 2 nights. ugh.

FFMC s1 is still in a good note diaper at night. He doesn’t wake up to pee.

I'm not going crazy with night training. From what I've heard from most parents with older kids, their bodies just "click".. Night PTing isn't usually something you can teach. Fine with me either way. I'm not losing sleep to train them, and I'm not going crazy washing bedding all the time. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Today I was holding a shovel when Isaac got on the bus. The bus driver jokingly says “are we getting sick of this yet?” To which I laughed and said “yep” then he says “ it’s to soon to stay for sure but they are forecasting more snow this weekend... 6-8 they are saying”
😭😭😭😭😭
Please please please change in the next 6 days

I too am so over the snow. We're supposed to get some tomorrow morning. No accumulations, but still.. snow.. It looks like spring may finally be here come Friday though.. Friday is forecasted to be 61, 65 on Saturday, and then mid-high 50's throughout next week. I'm ready for it.

J is showing zero interest in potty training. He's been sitting on the toilet at daycare for almost a year but I think only ever went in the toilet twice. And I'm sure those were flukes. I was able to get him to sit on his elmo potty a few times a day but that only lasted a few weeks. Now he shows no interest. I figured I will tackle it when I'm on maternity leave.

CestLaVie and Pizzaslut, C is only interested in going if she gets a reward like screen time, which I don't want to do all day. She needs to be trained by the end of the summer to be able to go to pre school.

I am finally getting Ethan to sit on the potty without getting hysterical. I am just going to attempt to put him on the potty whenever we change his diaper.

Do BH contractions feel like your lower abdomen is being pulled? I never had them with J.

Pizzaslut, drink more water. cause that's the answer to everything when this pregnant. lol. or maybe, it's time to run by a certain hospital and say hi to your new bestie.

We were trying to potty train kiddo for the last 2 weeks. I just don't think he realizes when he needs to go yet. He'll go to the potty once he is already going--but that's bit late. We'll try again next month. Plus, husband was a bit traumatized when kiddo asked to sit on his lap (pantsless, because potty training) and he proceeded to poop all over him. Oops.

I wish I could be giving birth with her right now! It's a little too far away from my due date. Plus the hospital's a little too far away too. I do drink almost a gallon a day. I don't know if I can fit anymore!!!!!!

C is doing really well at the potty thing. Has had 2 accidents in 3 weeks, I think. One was because she was gassy and I don't think she needed to pee, but did while farting. The other was playing outside at daycare and they say she didn't tell them early enough to get her inside before she went. She will tell us when we are out running around too. I still use a diaper at night and pull up when we are running errands or somewhere a potty isn't quickly accessible.

I feel like we've been potty training forever. M was doing great when we put him on it, but wouldn't tell us. But this weekend he's just not doing it at all. I don't have the energy to do much more right now. H said we should read up on potty training and I literally started crying on the phone today. I told him to do it because I'm full up on things to do currently.

Busy day today. Met with ENT that agrees the sedated hearing test (ABR) is the logical next step. So now I wait for the call from scheduling. I hope to have it set by next week when we have his transition meeting.
Plus I had an OB appointment this afternoon, so I've done all the running. Did I mention my section date was set? June 12th, day after my birthday. I'm still hoping to go a few days before that.
