I only have two kids so I don't really have any experience with 3. My boys were 21 months apart and honestly the first 6 months after my youngest was born was minute by minute, hour by hour. I but my older son in a rec center sports class just to force myself out of the house. We live down the street from a park and (weather permitting) we tried to go once a day. But other than naps, which I've always been fairly strict about, there wasn't much of a schedule. Wake up, nurse baby, feed toddler off to the park/class. Back home for baby's nap/toddler snack. Try to come up with something inside for toddler to do, coloring/books/trains whatever I had the energy to and then lunch and nap for the toddler. I tried as soon as I could to have their afternoon naps sync up so I at least had 30 min to an hour of "down time" i.e. Dishes, laundry and dinner prep.

hardlyluck I hear you on getting out of the house! We also live down the street from a park so we're there regularly. I guess right now my main challenge is finding time to clean and catch up on laundry...we have a mountain of clean clothes downstairs on the couch that I've been shamelessly fishing through the past few weeks. I can't wait for things to quiet down eventually!

I just pretty much wing it day by day. DD1 is 3 and DD2 is 18 months. Other than DD2's nap, I don't really follow a routine or schedule. Every Monday we have little gym from 10-11 and then I try and plan stuff for the mornings so we are home in time for naps. DD1 doesn't nap anymore so I enforce quiet time where she can watch TV or play on her tablet and I use that time to do my household stuff.
I tried doing a cleaning schedule and more of a routine but it didn't work for me because then I would get stressed if something didn't go like I planned.

I can't wait for things to quiet down eventually! I'm not exactly Susie Homemaker to begin with so take this with a grain of salt but laundry mountain was just a fact of life for the first 6 months or so, and honestly still is sometimes. Most weeks I was just happy to get the boys clothes cleaned and each in a laundry basket, that way I could just dig though the clean clothes in the morning from their basket. There is just so much laundry in those early months and SO much change over! It seemed like every week I was pulling out stuff that didn't fit and having to get the next size out of storage. Now that my youngest is 1 1/2 and isn't pooping though 4 outfits a day the laundry is easier to stay on top of...mostly😉

I have a 2yo and we more or less do the same thing everyday. Sometimes we will be really lazy and stay home all day.
7:30-8:30 wake up, snuggle in bed, have breakfast 9:30-11:30- out of the house for activities and errands that vary day to day 12- lunch and a show 1:00/2:00- nap 4:00- outside play until dad gets home...sometimes in our backyard, sometimes in our front yard, sometimes at a park down the street, sometimes in an neighbors yard 6:00- dinner 6:30/7- bath (MH does this) Inside play until bedtime between 7:30/8
ETA, we sometimes do a family walk between dinner and bath time if all the stars align

wow, when DS was younger my schedule looked like this: I just winged it every day. Naps were probably the only thing on a schedule.

I'm so jealous of all of your kiddos' wake up times! DS (18 mo) has decided that 5:15 AM is a great time to start the day. He did not inherit this morning person gene from me. 😴

I have 2yr old and our schedule looks something like this:
8:00-9:00 wake up
9:00-9:30 play and breakfast(I like to get my workout in while he eats on most days)
10:30 shower
11:00-1:00 we try to get out of the house, either park, play date, museum or run errands
1:00 lunch
1:30-2:00 goes down for nap
4:00:4:30 wake up from nap, snack, read, and play, either outside or indoors
6:00 dinner
7:30 bath
8:00 story and snuggles
8:30 lights out
I also like keeping a set schedule for household chores so that it doesn't get out of hand for me

I need a routine in my day. Ours looks like this
DS is 4. DD just turned 2
Wake between 630-815 8am Breakfast and kids TV time My kids are cranky if they don't eat right when they wake up 9am-12pm we go to the park or to a playgroup or a meet up with another mom at their house or lately we go swim at our local pool . I pack a snack/lunch to eat with us. We snack at 10am. Eat lunch at 1130.
DD naps at around 12. DS doesn't nap anymore unless he's super tired. If she falls asleep in the car on way home I park it in our garden and I garden with DS next to car while she sleeps. If she falls asleep in stroller I push it in the house and DS watches TV while DD naps.
2-5 Afternoons are the kids play time/toy time at our house so I can clean house, do laundry, cook dinner. I rotate what they do every hour. Usually toy time, then playdough, then simple art time where they can draw with crayons unassisted by me so I can be uninterrupted. At around 430 the kids are responsible for cleaning all the toys and putting them in the toy room.
5 or 530pm H is home from work. We eat dinner around 530. 6pm Then we do a family walk with our dogs. DS rides his bike. This is our 'let's tire the kids out before bed technique' 645 bathtime I do the bath usually while H cleans the dishes and the kitchen. 7pm H reads to both kids while I relax. 730 I put both kids to sleep.

I have 3 boys under 3. We get out of the house every day to do something even if it's just the park or library. It keeps me sane. I have a daily/weekly cleaning schedule so I can keep up with the house..it's not perfect but it's clean and mostly tidy.

Or your children will be waking up by 6am foreverrrrrr. 😩 I have three girls7,4 and almost 2. Someone is always up by 6. Never the same one. I'm a morning person, but a I want to be by myself for an hour or so morning person.
