We are going to my parents for dinner. I am unsure of the menu but I am starting to look at salads or apps to bring.
We will go to an easter egg hunt on 3/31. And of course we have baskets for the kids. I am thinking of coloring eggs with shaving cream this year, end result is like a marble affect.

I saw a thing about wrapping grapes in egg wrappers since it's april fools day also. Lol that has crossed my mind.
My parents are heading to visit other relatives so we will likely celebrate solo, not sure what will be on the menu yet. One year I made seafood paella, if we have the funds I'd like to try something new again this year.

We're going to the in laws in the afternoon. Everyone brings a dish. I'm taking a corn dip for appetizer and some sort of dessert. If I have the energy I'm going to try and make eclairs the day before. booarogue is coming that morning for brunch. M and W will hunt eggs and we'll just hang out. No idea what I'll make four that yet. Maybe ill fix a breakfast casserole I can just throw in the oven.

If my blood glucose normalizes, I'm going to town on Easter candy. I haven't thought past that. Easter has the best candy.

Easter falls on my birthday this year, I’m not sure we’ll be doing anything eastery. DD1 took the day off work and her and her bf are coming over early and we’re going whale watching. My mom wants us to go to her place for Easter, but I don’t want to. On the 31st we’re celebrating with friends and having a big egg hunt at their house. They have 2 year old twins a couple months older than Worm and a baby boy 3 weeks old. They also met at work... the same work H and I met at.😊 After the egg hunt, H and I are taking the kids to see Ozomatli. I guess they started doing some kids shows. They playing that night, but I’m the afternoon they’re doing Ozokidz.

This Sunday there is the neighborhood easter egg hunt, so we'll be going to that. Kiddo really enjoyed last year's.
Then for actual Easter, my brother and nephew will be visiting, so I'll do a simple brunch (egg casserole, waffles, bacon, etc) and easter baskets for kiddo & nephew.

Grandparents will come to our place. I think we are going to have stuffed cabbage for the adults, so I'll probably make a macaroni and cheese and some chicken for the kids. I don't think they will eat the cabbage. We'll do the egg hunt once grandparents are here (have to wait to hide eggs because squirrels are assholes around here).

How are you? and baby? and your mom? and DS? oh I guess I'll ask about your H too...how is he? Ha, we are all doing very well. Baby had her 1 month check-up today, and everything looks great. She also blew out her diaper at the doc's. Kiddo is doing well, and adjusting well to the baby. He keeps talking about his "baby sisser", and trying to hug & kiss her. I'm sure this will change once she's old enough to start taking his toys. Mom is doing much better. Had a bit of a rough go for a bit, but now seems to be doing better than she has in a long time (except for a breakout of shingles). Husband is also good, and really working at trying to be helpful & attentive. So overall, no complaints here (except for all the medical bills which have started rolling in). How are you?
