I had an ice cream sandwich for breakfast. Mental wellness. Walking to the doctor's office instead of driving and trying to get back on track with my water intake.

I've made conscious changes to my desk at work to force myself to sit ergonomically. Day 3 and I can already tell it's improving my shoulder tightness.

I did a banana mask on my hair. It was literally a jar of baby food. Hopefully it will have some more moisture back in it.

I just allowed myself to take a mini Kit-Kat from a coworker's candy bowl to eat with my black tea for an afternoon snack.
I have a sore throat and I'm grumpy. And my period is about to start. Sugary snacks are the only bright spot for me today.

@criscosalad, we have more problems with spring colds than winter colds most of the time. I think it's the warm/cold/warm/cold weather and all the rain. Hopefully it's a quick bug and he feels better this morning.
Late to the game, but I went out and bought a new planner (my current one only goes until June). I find I function a lot better if I plan tasks before I leave for work. That way when I walk in the door at night I know exactly what needs to be done. I'm going to try to start planning cleaning as well. My house is a mess and I feel like I don't have time to get it all done because I wait until the last minute to do it all.
So for my mental wellness, I'm in the process of learning how to effectively use my planner for more aspects of my life.

I need recommendations on a good vitamin d supplement and digestive enzymes. I went to a La Leche League meeting and it sounds like ds2 may have a mild dairy intolerance. So going dairy free and trying to become healthier :/

I have some from Sam's but one of the mom's there said her levels didn't go up until she invested in a better quality vitamin.

I just bought a planner for the first time and I think it will help relieve some of my stress. I also made a doctor appointment to talk about possible depression since the birth of my son 11 months ago. I have conflicting feelings about attending that appointment, but I'm glad I made it and am looking forward to hearing my doctor's opinion.
