Rama thanks for the check in! I’m with you on wanting more weekend and less work!!! 1. How far are you now? 15+1 2. Symptom check: still nausea and some vomiting even with Diclegis, but I know it would be way worse without it. I’m waiting for my energy to return now that I’m in the second tri! I still can’t make it through the weekend without napping! RLP, heartburn, and sore boobs (still?!). 3. What and when is your next appointment? 1/17 for a regular check up and u/s to see if my placenta is moving on up. 4. Anything you’d like to share with the group? I had a nightmare about baby girl Saturday night. I couldn’t shake my anxiety, and everyone and their mother seemed to ask if I’ve felt the baby love yet (hello, only 15 weeks plus anterior placenta!). It sent my pgal brain over the edge, so I broke my Doppler out this morning and immediately found her heartbeat. So. Much. Relief.

Why am I so bad at this?! Sorry, y'all, I'm still here sometimes.
1. How far are you now? 30+1 (ten weeks or less left!) 2. Symptom check: Third tri exhaustion for. real. I'm uncomfortable all the time. My bp might be climbing a bit even on the highest dose of meds; I'm tracking it this week to see. Insomnia. Heartburn like whoa. Hungry. I really just want someone to feed me while I sleep. 3. What and when is your next appointment? OB appointment on Thursday. Two weeks later, we start weekly appointments (flipping back and forth between the MFM and OB). They're going to start keeping a close eye on his position then, too, since he's been breech since day one – head on my upper left, butt right above my cervix, and feet off to the right. They said he COULD turn, but they're worried if he hasn't by 32, then he won't. If he's still breech at 36, we'll schedule a CS. 4. Anything you’d like to share with the group? I'm just glad the holidays are over, our guests are gone, and I can finally start nesting in the proper place. Since they were sleeping in what's going to be the nursery, I was about ready to tear apart my kitchen and redo it just to get some nesting done! Hubby would NOT have liked that, lol!

1. How far are you now? 30 weeks, 3 days 2. Symptom check: mild nausea, which will last until delivery like it did with DS, occasional pains, tired, heartburn 3. What and when is your next appointment? Wednesday with the OB 4. Anything you’d like to share with the group? Nothing much this week, just cruising along and try to stay focused at work. Rama, I definitely would love more weekend. birch113, I am sorry about the nightmare, I am glad your doppler brought you some relief. longhornwino, sorry about your blood pressure. I am being monitored for my blood pressure too. Isn't so nice for the countdown to be at less than 10 weeks?

1. 31, 3 2. Just tired at the end of the day. Babies like to keep me awake at night by moving all around, sciatica. 3. OB on Thursday. 4. Not really. Feeling grateful this pregnancy has been relatively easy and uneventful. Looking forward to meeting them but can't believe how close we are!

1. How far are you now? 14w2d 2. Symptom check: tired, so tired. 3. What and when is your next appointment? end of the month, regular OB 4. Anything you’d like to share with the group? I ordered some more maternity clothes because I feel like I already have nothing to wear. I don't look pregnant yet really but my pants definitely don't fit. Rama - more weekend time would be amazing! birch113 - I'm sorry for your anxiety but I'm glad you feel better! longhornwino - good luck with your nesting! I somehow skipped that phase last pregnancy, which is too bad because it sounds productive. woodenshoes - ug I"m sorry you have to deal with nausea all pregnancy long!

1. How far are you now? 20 weeks, 1 day2. Symptom check: Insomnia and hip pain mostly. I've had some wicked nausea in the morning the past two mornings.3. What and when is your next appointment? Just a check up with the OB on February 64. Anything you’d like to share with the group? We had our anatomy scan! Tiny Human is measuring right on schedule and in perfect shape. He did NOT want to sit still or cooperate! Except for showing off his boy parts - he did that in the first five seconds. The tech had to chase him all around for everything else. I couldn't believe all the movement going on in there. Still makes me feel kind of cheated that my placenta is anterior and I haven't felt much moto, Where did you order yours from? I've had such a pain in the butt time trying to find clothes. It doesn't help when you're already really, really short. I've gotten stuff from Motherhood but the prices are awful. Dogpaddle29, Uneventful is good too! Sending you vibes for a good nap - I bet you need one woodenshoes, How long before you stop working? longhornwino, You are a brave and kind soul - I could never deal with guests in the house right now. birch113, Hug hug hug. I've been there. A lot. I'm 20 weeks and I still don't feel him. It does not help anxiety at all. Rama, I vote we all get a longer weekend

longhornwino fx he flips! woodenshoes I feel you on the nausea! Dogpaddle29 so glad things have been going so well! moto where did you order from? I need to shop. Bad! mela99 so glad you A/S went well! I’m really sorry the anterior placenta is taking away from the fun of feeling movement. Hopefully it gets better as he continues to grow!

mela99, not kind haha! I’m basically told they’re coming and staying with us. If I even breathe a word about a hotel to MH, he starts to melt down about how his family will think we hate them 🙄 Luckily they asked if it would be beneficial to stay in a hotel when they come for baby’s birth, so we dodged that one!

birch113 , mela99 - I'm no help. I ordered from Motherhood and I'm disappointed in most of it. If you buy from their sale section and search for coupon codes I've found you can get things for relatively cheap from there - last pregnancy I got basics like tanks and t-shirts for a few dollars each. So I still have those but I really need pants, which I find much harder to buy. This time I got jeans that I just didn't like and also their "suiting" pants which I think I actually would have liked but they were too small. I might try again to get those in a bigger size because I really need pants for work. They are not on sale right now though, so even with all the codes I could find it's more than I like to spend on temporary pants that don't fit right. I will say they were more flattering than their pictures online made it seem like they would be. So if anyone has any favorite places to buy maternity clothes, I also need suggestions! ETA: I just took a quick look at a pea in a pod (the more expensive version of motherhood, I think?) thinking maybe I need to spend more to get something I don't hate, and omg, they had leggings for $132. Is that what people pay for maternity clothes?? I was annoyed at having to pay $30-$40 for pants - that seems like plenty for pants that don't look great and are only useful for a few months.

birch113 moto mela99I got maternity clothes for pretty cheap online at old navy and also I found some at Kohls. Not all Kohls have a maternity section but they do offer online. I also got a few tops at target and I found a couple cute $20 dresses around Christmas time online at Macy's.

1. How far are you now? 13w5d 2. Symptom check: not too much right now, just a lack of appetite 3. What and when is your next appointment? Not until next Thursday (1/18) 4. Anything you’d like to share with the group? Going back to work has been exhausting. I'm also having a hard time focusing at work because it's my last semester of teaching for at least a year. I kinda feel like I like I did when I was a senior and knew I was almost done but as a teacher. Rama, I completely agree, another two, three weekend days would be amazing. longhornwino, I hope he flips soon! woodenshoes, ugh I'm sorry the nausea is still there Dogpaddle29, yay for everything going so smoothly birch113, moto, and mela99, I'm on the shorter side (5'3) and I've had luck with work pants from Gap and I have a pair of Jessic Simpson jeans that fit well. However, the leggings I ordered from Gap are way too long but they are comfy so I'm keeping them anyway. For tops, I've liked Target and Old Navy for inexpensive ones. I've gotten some from the Loft that I've liked as well.

moto I’m sorry your order was disappointing! Also mela99 Dogpaddle29 bananas22 when I was pregnant with my son almost my entire maternity wardrobe was old navy. Maxi skirts and tees got me through summer and most of the fall. I had a pair of maternity jeans and wore my normal work pants with a belly band because I didn’t gain much weight because I had HG. Old Navy pants don’t seem to fit me well this pregnancy, though. I think I may need to go shopping IRL and not just online. Boo.

All of my maternity clothes has come from Target, Old Navy, or Motherhood Maternity. I don't have much of it and a lot of it is from when I was pregnant with DS. I know a lot of people post about Pink Blush maternity. mela99, I am not sure when I will stop working. I will work right up until I give birth or the doctor's order me to take it off because I only will have about 8-9 weeks of paid time off with the amount of sick time I have.
