Happy New Year, everyone!! I hope your transition into 2018 has been good so far!
How far are you now? 27,4 Symptom check: Easily fatigued/out of breath, NESTING HOMG, hungry a lot What and when is your next appointment? I think my next appt is Monday with a social worker for my brainstuff Anything you’d like to share with the group? My friend/tenant finished moving out yesterday and holy god did we do a LOT of shit after. We not only did a second clean of the room he was in, we rearranged the room my SIL lives in, rearranged the now-office, and rearranged our master bedroom. All of this included moving large pieces of furniture, like a desk and an easy chair, plus a ton more vacuuming and the like. I'm so happy with the arrangement. I am so, so, SO happy to have that space back to use as we wanted. Now all we need to do is finish our bedroom (which is in the worst condition) and I think we'll be mostly finished with that floor. The dining room/living room will be the next big project and I think that'll go pretty smoothly with the removal of our tree either today or sometime later this week.
Sidenote: Does anyone know what happened to pinklantern? Her tag hasn't worked for a couple weeks and I just wanted to wish her well if she left for personal reasons. I hope everything is alright with her and her little boy.

I am 30, 4 Just overall feeling heavy and having aches and pains due to the weight and sciatica. Oh and I think I'm catching a cold. I think we are almost ready for the babies to come. Just need to finish with a few things for the nursery and then I would like to find a home for everything that currently has no home and then a deep clean of the house when it gets a bit closer to D day.

1. How far are you now? 19 weeks, 1 day2. Symptom check: Random cravings have arrived - so far mac and cheese, onion rings, and sweet desserts have been the top contenders. Trying to limit amounts best I can - bu DH got me some amazing truffles for Christmas. It's kind of funny how quickly they pop up. 3. What and when is your next appointment? January 9. Anatomy scan4. Anything you’d like to share with the group? Feeling a little nervous about the scan. Our panorama result showed low risk and there's no family history of anything but still... Rama, Dogpaddle29,Seems like the theme is nesting!

1. How far are you now? 13w3d. Is that second trimester? Maybe by tomorrow? 2. Symptom check: fatigue, some nausea 3. What and when is your next appointment? tomorrow, regular OB appt 4. Anything you’d like to share with the group? I had my NT scan and also got that bloodwork that tells you the gender. Scan looked okay but I haven't gotten the bloodwork results yet so we'll see what the chromosomes say. We are excited to find out the gender! My husband is 100% convinced it is a boy. I'm a little worried that he'll be upset if it's a girl. He jokes that if it's another girl "we'll just have to have a fourth baby!" but with our IF history we both know that is exceedingly unlikely since we are out of embryos. I know he'll get over any disappointment - we both know that all that really matters is the health of the baby. But that doesn't mean he won't be bummed for a bit. For me, I wouldn't mind a house of all girls. So either way I'll be thrilled as long as this baby is healthy. I still have PAIF brain and am worried about miscarriage, but I'm really trying to tamper my anxiety. I think I'll feel better once I can feel movement.

mela99 - scans are always nerve-wracking! Good luck with yours. I hope everything goes great and you get some good pictures to take home! Dogpaddle29 - sounds like you are almost ready! I wasn't nearly as organized when I was pregnant with my twins - I barely had their nursery finished by the end of my maternity leave! You are doing great. Rama - I'm glad you have gotten your house in order how you want! Were you moving heavy furniture at 27 weeks? I think pregnancy is an excuse to not have to do things like that

1. How far are you now? 15+2 2. Symptom check:Back pain, congestion, headaches, cramps/RLP, constantly peeing 3. What and when is your next appointment? January 15, regular OB check 4. Anything you’d like to share with the group? We've now told my whole family (told over Christmas to the remaining folks) and now we're telling everyone else very slowly. I'm also showing way more than I feel like I should at 15 weeks with a first pregnancy, and I can tell people around the courthouse are trying to decide if I'm pregnant or if I just overindulged over the holiday!

Rama - I'm glad you have gotten your house in order how you want! Were you moving heavy furniture at 27 weeks? I think pregnancy is an excuse to not have to do things like that I was not (solely) moving heavy furniture at 27 weeks, no, hahaha. I helped with adjusting and sliding and stuff, but both H and SIL will not let me strain myself. Also, I personally count 13w as Second Tri, so congrats on making it there! (in my head 13+13+13=39=full term, so there ya go) daisy818 I was supposedly distinctly showing at around the same point (13-15w, 13 was more bloat than bump though), so maybe not as weird as you might think. I'm so excited for you!

Rama it’s amazing what rearranging furniture can do for a space! Our master is a wreck, so I feel you there! Dogpaddle29 fx the cold passes quickly! mela99 GL at your A/S! moto glad your NT scan went well. FX for great results on your NIPT! daisy818 I showed on the earlier side with DS. By 16 weeks people were outright asking when I was due. AFM.... 1. How far are you now? 14+4 2. Symptom check: still nausea and vomiting, though Diclegis does still help. I’m waiting for the exhaustion to magically lift! My boobs are still sore, and RLP pain has started. 3. What and when is your next appointment? 1/17, though I’ll go for my second tri blood work next week. 4. Anything you’d like to share with the group? I’m mostly ok, but getting a little anxious since this is my longest stretch between appointments. I really wanted to avoid using my Doppler this pregnancy, but I may do a quick check for piece of mind. My boss has known about the pregnancy because I filled her in during treatments so I wouldn’t have to make up excuses for time off. I haven’t told my other coworkers though. My bump it pretty obvious at this point, despite flowy tops and scarves, so I’ll probably share the next next week.

daisy818 - is congestion a pregnancy symptom? Because I feel like I'm always congested. I don't remember that from last time around but it would explain a lot. Oh, and I am also showing more than I feel like I should be! I'm almost 14 weeks and granted it's my second pregnancy, but I still feel like I shouldn't have a bump yet but I do. I don't know if it's baby or if I just ate too much but I'm going with the first one because it makes me feel better! speaking of bumps, birch113 if you have a bump too, maybe it's not too early after all - sounds like you're a week-ish ahead of me. And I say break out your doppler... sometimes it takes me a bit to find the heartbeat but once I hear it I immediately feel better. Are you trying to avoid it because you're afraid you won't find the heartbeat? Oh, and we got our NIPT results back! First, the chromosomes all seem normal! Second, it's another girl! ( Rama - can you change me to team pink? Also my due date is actually 7/7, I must have mistyped it earlier) My husband was surprised and probably a little bummed, but he said all the right things. In fact he complained about his family, because they responded to the news with a whole lot of "I'm so sorry, I know you wanted a son, blah blah" and he was offended because he thought they were implying he wasn't going to love a girl just as much. Our first two baby girls are so amazing and I know once this baby joins us we won't be able to picture our family any other way. For me, I didn't really care, but I am pretty excited about getting another chance to use all the cute baby girl clothes!

moto, yes, it's called pregnancy rhinitis and it's a pretty common (though less commonly discussed) symptom of pregnancy. It mainly involves congestion, sneezing, and a runny nose, so basically it's a cold without all the other symptoms that just won't go away - FUN! Also - congrats on the NIPT results and Team Pink!!

Rama, yay for getting your house the way you like it Dogpaddle29, awesome job on getting everything ready. mela99, I hope your anatomy scan goes well next week. moto, Congrats on your good results and your little girl!! daisy818, I always show earlier than I think I should. I think my abs just give up as soon as I get pregnant. birch113, I hope the wait goes by fast. This week has flown by on me, especially now that I'm back to work. 1. How far are you now? 13+1 2. Symptom check: RLP, no appetite especially if I cooked, overall pretty decent though 3. What and when is your next appointment? January 18, cervical check and second tri bloodwork 4. Anything you’d like to share with the group? My SCHs have shrunk! I had some red spotting on Wednesday so I went in for my appointment early. They have shrunk considerably and look like they are resolving which makes me feel a lot better.
