Yes, I just read the article. It's 21 minutes long and they failed to tell the people who were coming to see Coco that it was so long. People were expecting the normal 5 minute short, instead it was long, too long. Lots of moviegoers complained. Plus, CoCo is almost 2 hours long, adding 20+ minutes to that is sometimes too much for a kid to sit through. That would upset me! My boys can handle a normal movie length but nothing extra. We plan to get there after the previews start so we last the whole movie.

So O has something wrong with the roof of his mouth now, so back to the dr we go today. His gums are red and puffy on top and it looks like he has sores or something on the roof of his mouth. I asked him if he burned it from eating hot food and he said no. I wish i was a Dr so i just knew what everything was and didn’t need to go to the dr multiple times a week to get my kids checked out.

FFFC: Whenever I hear someone from another country talking about some modern day things I always think to myself, "but they're from (blank) country, they don't have that". Like in my head all other countries live in the 1800's or something. Like when vino mentioned using a crockpot or nam2013 mentioned ordering things online, that's my first thought. I realize how incredibly ridiculous this is and obviously quickly correct myself but it's ALWAYS my first thought. Lol it's funny that's your first thought when you are reading what they wrote on their smart phone or computer.

Morning! B’s Christmas program at preschool is this morning, then they’re officially dismissed for winter break. Noooooooooooooo. Not that I don’t love the little tyke but it is really early to get out for the holidays, IMO. This afternoon I need to hit (where else) Dillard’s and try on some riding boots. My old ones have had it so I’m putting some on my Christmas list. Are riding boots still ‘in’? Things to ponder... That is way too long of a break!
What happens if you move somewhere there isn't a Dillards? We don't have those here. And I hope riding boots are still in because I just got some.
I would seriously cry—it’d probably be a good thing for my bank account tho. I don’t even want to know how much I spend there annually.

Morning! I slept like crap last night. Both girls still have fevers but so far no other symptoms. So we’ll be just hanging at home today. I thought sick people were supposed to sleep in, but not my sick people because we were up bright and early. flamingo that’s so early! I think H’s last day before break is the 19th. Yeah I wasn’t thrilled when I saw the calendar. Most schools in this area go thru next week. They also started back a week after all the other preschools i know of. I’m actually putting him (and C) in a different school next year for a variety of reasons, including that—one thing that irks me is that we pay a lot (more than any other place I’ve checked out) but when I factor in that the school year is shorter/they go less, I just don’t feel like it’s worth it.

I’m not sure if this is related to his other mouth problems. Do you think an ent would be the dr to see for that?

Morning! WFH today. I found out I made my 2nd half of the year bonus, with 1 month left to go. woohoo! I'll be curious how my boss will try and fudge this. I renegotiated my bonus plan at the beginning of the year because he had it worded so horribly and screwed me over at least once before. So I made sure to make it more clear but I'm sure he'll try and say that's not what he meant.
DH was home alone 2 nights this week and forgot to give H his antibiotics both times. I reminded him before I left last night and he still forgot. I was so annoyed. He things because he's acting better it's not that big of a deal. There's a reason they need to have them for 10 days!

Yay! Congratulations, I hope you don't have any issues getting it. MH is TERRIBLE at giving our kids antibiotics if they need them. Drives me crazy. MH is just like yours, once they're feeling better it's completely off his radar.

Hi all, thanks for the bday wishes yesterday! We did zoolights but both kids fell asleep on the way there and then j only wanted to do the train (which is tiny), so we spent half our time waiting in line for that😤. And then had to race home for pizza and cake. And then j spent 3-4:30am coming into our bed and us taking him back. Oof. Back at work and enjoying my bday sbux and going to lunch with a friend, and then leaving a little early to go to N's holiday "show".

It’s my last day of work for a few months!! Right now I’m excited!! But in about 3 weeks when the paycheck doesn’t get deposited I will be depressed. Lol. wedding how many mg did you take? My H takes 5 and is great for him. My dad tried it and it didn’t work. So the next night he took 10 and it was perfect for him. I took 10mgs knowing what a troubled sleeper I am. When I was heavy I had sleep apnea, which I don't have anymore, but I've had trouble my whole life. I've tried ZQuil and other sleep aids to no avail. I'll give the melatonin one more shot but then I'm back to the Benadryl. All my sympathies, wedding. I'm impervious to sleep aids, too, and it's miserable. My rheumatologist wants me to try a hypnotic like Lunesta but I have a history of sleepwalking so I've held off so far. I was taking a combo of Cyclobenzaprine and Amitriptyline and those worked quite well. I quit the Amitriptyline because it definitely caused me to hold onto weight. Would any of your doctors be okay with trying prescriptions? ETA: I see you're doing Trazadone.

I take 50mg a night.

Hello, spent the morning finishing wrapping the last of my kid's gifts. I'm meeting my coworkers for lunch in an hour. There are so many other things I need to do but my back is done after leaning over wrapping all morning. I really want to make it to Monday now that we have figured things out for the other kids.
