J just slept 6.5 hours again woohoo! 2 nights in a row!
He napped ok yesterday too but we really struggled to get him down for naps yesterday. He really fought us.
J is on 7 days without pooping. Should I be worried?
We got our tree up and decorated this weekend. I am feeling so festive and keep thinking how cool the holidays will be next year when J can enjoy them a bit.

Mβs nights have been inconsistent. She woke last night at 1:30 ugh! She slept 9-5:15 the night before. I ended up dozing off and on and she only went back in the RnP for a short time so not a great sleep overall. She also basically kept waking and wanted a nipple in her mouth so thatβs exhausting. king26, I know BF babies can go like 10 days without pooping but not sure about FF. M still poops multiple times a day! Now Iβm thinking it may not slow down till we start solids. I would maybe call the dr and talk to a nurse and see what they think. If he isnβt showing obvious discomfort, itβs probably not a problem.

I hope he will be able to poop soon and it wont be too hard work! 7 days for a FF baby may be a bit long.. I think I would put in a quick call to the office just to check?

D has her second babysitting gig with her granddaddy today and all went well. It is cute to see my dad with my lil girlie. I took an extra 30 minutes after my appointment to pop by the mall and browse around a little. I felt a little rushed and anxious to quickly go home but made myself relax and take the time. D. was asleep when I got home and my dad was reading the paper so all ππ»ππ»

king26 sorry to hear about the no-pooping! That is rough, but I know they can go quiet a few days.

Sleep has been quiet crappy the last week and now so are naps. I think itβs a combo of leap 4 and teething. Itβs exhaustjng on top of dealing with my toddler.
I miss my great sleeping baby.
Thank god for carriers!

So today I became a human squatty potty. J was pushing so hard on the changing table and I could see a little bit of poo so I held his legs in a bent position and he pooped. I felt so bad for him. It was so hard he was obviously constipated but with team work we did it. I can honestly say that is something I never thought I'd have to do.

I started a very light period today. Itβd be a 27 day cycle if it lasts, which is amazing for me because either I spot for months straight or I go 70+ days without bleeding.

That is true mommy love π I am sorry for little J that it was such hard work but so glad he managed to poop!! Do you notice a difference in consistency when he hasn't pooped for so long compared to normal? D normally has really soft poop but once when she hadnt pooped for days in a row it was clay like and she really had to push so hard. I hope things will go back to normal for J now that things got moving!

Ohh I hope this means your cycles somehow regulated again! That s be nice π not as nice as no period for a while longer I guess but regular cycles beat endles spotting or looongass cycles I think heh.

Thank god for carriers! D. is in leap 4 as well but somehow seems to nap more often now then before. Tis just short naps tho 20-40mins max but tis better then none. She is a little extra fussy throughout the day and really falls apart 2h after waking pretty much on the dot and this repeats itself all day. So odd! It is fun to see her learn new things.

I am pretty annoyed by MH.. he complains about how tired he is everyday after work yet stays up way late playing pc games or watching sports. Also this means he falls asleep on the couch before amd/or after dinner which leaves me handling D. on my own still. I really would like no I want him to be more proactive with taking her after work so I get some free me time but I have to find a way to tell him without being like real crabby and snappy heh. He s off on Wednesday and I hope we can sit down and talk without us being too tired cause we both get crabby then heh and that isnt productive really!

Itβs funny, one day he has no clue about his toy and the next he is grabbing it.

I have a stressful job but I already know as soon as I get home I'll have j until he goes to bed since DH will have him all day. It's only fair. Plus my job is teaching children and I have some serious cases so I'm around kids all day but I still feel like I should take j when I'm home.

We moved DD into the crib in the nursery over the weekend since sheβs waking less. I would have kept her in our room longer but DH really doesnβt like having the kids in the room with us. But now I think the kids are going to wake each other bc the bedrooms are side by side. Last night thatβs what happened and I ended up nursing the baby while sitting in DSβ bed trying to get him to go back to sleep. I have white noose machines in both rooms at least, so maybe that will help.

Hopefully you can have a heart that heart with him. Itβs tough in both of you, but you deserve a break too. My DH is up at 4am works until 6 at home, gets ready and heads to work. He works from 830-530 then an hour ride home. He is constantly answering emails. We had to have a talk becuase it was wearing on me. He now steps up Much more even when he is tired. I donβt expect him to last until 10, but we manage.

Okay there is definitely part of a tooth sticking my out of this Littleβs gum. I am almost 99% sure. He refused to let me get picture or a closer look. I am anticipating a rough night, but hoping for best.
This is new si cr DS1 was 6 months when he started to cut tooth.
Any other babies close?

Ugh thabks stupid subconscious it is 4am, both mh as d are sound asleep but me.... ?? Wide awake thanks to more nightmares. After our losses and IF it seems my subconscious still freaks out about actually having a baby in this crib and gives me bad dreams about losing her still. It is exhausting.

I feel as ifD is drooling a lot more again and she keeps chewing on everything she can stick in her mouth but not sure whether that is curiosity or teething. I dont see any thing say least..

Thank you and so far so good! Now having seen how he was chewy and drooling today, I can say (for me) there is a huge difference between curiosity and teething. I never realized how different the two are. Although I know for some babies, they donβt really show any signs of teething. So who knows, babies are weird! π³
