I’m so confused. Is he done on TWD after this season? No apparently, but his reaction says otherwise.

I’m so confused. Is he done on TWD after this season? I was very WTF because that’s how it sounded. The host then said it’s a crossover and there’s more Morgan story to tell on TWD.

But aren't FTWD and TWD at way different timelines? FTWD started before the world ended and it's only a few seasons in. So it isn't present day Morgan crossing over, right? Maybe he met up with them in the time between when he first met Rick and when he came to Alexandria? Seems like they're just trying to get more people to watch Fear.

FTWD is around Season two of TWD, so I guess it’d be when Morgan and Rick were separated. He’s supposed to be a regular on FTWD for the 4th season.

Lame sounds like it is permanent Plus they will be limited in their character development of Morgan if it's taking place before all this new stuff we've already seen.

So either he says “peace out, I’m going on my own”, which seems unlikely, or he dies. So I’m guessing he dies.

I’m confused by the Morgan thing. Is FTWD going to move east?

I’m confused by the Morgan thing. Is FTWD going to move east? Yeah. Morgan was in Atlanta. So he's going to go west, then come back east? How does that fit in with the flashbacks to that guy with the goat and the unlocked jail? I know FTWD suggested they'd be going to Texas next season, but it seems like an odd move for Morgan. Abraham at least made sense, we knew he started on the West Coast (but to be travelling east by then he'd have both Rosita and Eugene with him and TWD probably can't spare both of them...).

When Morgan and Rick met up on season 3 Morgan said something about people wearing dead peoples faces. I’m not a comic reader but that could imply The Whisperers group, or be coincidence. I wonder if they’ll try tying it all in. It’s fan speculation but could work?
It’s weird that he’d go west and come back east because travel is difficult but sillier things have happened. Only so much can happen with his character so it’s limiting.

Yeah Morgan leaving town doesn’t make sense. Seems gimmicky and a desperate move to save FTWD. Blah.
This episode made me so nervous! Everyone is making bad decisions. Daryl & company are going to fuck up the plan! Then what will happen to naked Rick?!

Jadis marked the container Rick was in with an “A”. I’m guessing for Alexandria. So are they holding more prisoners, or planning too? Holding them to turn over to Negan?

Yeah Morgan leaving town doesn’t make sense. Seems gimmicky and a desperate move to save FTWD. Blah. This would have worked with Abraham and at least made sense. Abraham was just as much, if not more a fan favorite than Morgan IMHO. ETA: I might have started to watch FTWD to see Abraham and his backstory, but no interest if it's Morgan even though I like Morgan just don't care enough.

Yes it should have been Abraham before he got to the east coast. The timeline fits, the location fits, and he’s a huge fan favorite. Plus he has the best lines and Fear needs that.

For some reason MH was thinking we were going to see a FTWD character on TWD in this episode. He thought that helicopter Rick saw fly over in the last episode looked like the one from FTWD.
Maybe there will be a flash forward story line on FTWD that features present day Morgan? The helicopter picks him up? Idk how this is going to work, grasping at straws here...
