Morning! Last night I made sweet potatoes, potatoes and stuffing. Today Wife is making green bean casserole and I’m doing the turkey. DS woke up at 12:30 and came into our bed. His sleep has been ridiculous lately and he’s been pretty moody. I think he’s going through a growth spurt. He hasn’t grown at all in about a year so it’s time. I’m just ready to eat all of the things. Happy Thanksgiving!

Hello!
I actually got a lot accomplished yesterday as I briefly felt the spark of feeling better haha, so I’ll probably take it slightly easier today. DS is at preschool, and I’d like to take him to gymnastics tonight because I’ve been missing a lot of stuff over the last couple weeks. It’s supposed to warm up a bit here for a few days (at least be hanging around freezing and even above!!) so if it gets warm enough it might get a bit messy because we have a ton of snow already, but I’ll take it!
Happy thanksgiving to everyone down south and hope you enjoy your day!!

Happy Thanksgiving ladies! And happy normal Thursday to everyone else. I plan to eat myself into a food coma and DH informed me he plans to try each kind of pie....which is usually at least 4 different kinds. My only concern is where I'm going to sit comfortably. The stupid pelvic girdle pain is out of control and a recliner is the only comfy chair at home. The lake cabin we are going to has no recliners. Eek! I'll survive I'm sure! Have a good one!

We are just chilling today. We had our big thanksgiving on Saturday. I woke up at 5:30 fell back asleep on the couch at 6:30 and then slept till 7:30 when DH and DS came in to the living room. DH said he was getting dressed and about to go get DS when he climbed out. We need to do something about this but he likes to sleep in his crib so I hate to rock the boat. Ugh.

flippinchica I am sure how old your DS is but it might not be as bad as you think switching him to a big boy bed. M stays in bed all night and if he wake up in the MOTN he either cries or say mama but doesn’t get out of bed. In the morning he does come upstairs to gets us!

Good morning, it’s 8:45am and my kid is still sleeping, it’s a thanksgiving miracle! Just kidding here he comes! 😜 not much on the agenda today! Maybe we might do some Black Friday shopping we shall see, I haven’t seen anything that was a super good deal! I do need a uppababy Mesa car seat and the rumble seat, let me know if anyone sees it on sale!

Happy Thanksgiving Ladies! I hope you all have a great day. Also I hope everyone dealing with GD enjoys themselves. That reading on the meter is JUST a number for a small part of ONE day. Treat yourselves and get back on track tomorrow It's just a regular thursday here for us but I am getting excited to hit some baby stores tomorrow to hopefully finish up getting the things we need. I also realllllllly want my house to start smelling like a christmas tree

HAppy Thanksgiving!
In other news...I think I have a pelvic varicose vein. Anyone else? I thought it was just like a swollen lymph node since I'm sick but I checked in the mirror and no it is a big ole gross vein!

Happy Thanksgiving / Thursday for the rest of us It's a quiet day here. My mom came to visit for a bit, and DH is coming after supper. I just found out that one of the ladies on the floor is here on strict bed rest after her cervix dilated at 22 weeks, and her waters broke at 23. If you have any good thoughts to send her way, I'm sure it would be appreciated.

I'm afraid to even check out down there because everything is already swollen. And I suppose out doesn't get better until after delivery?

Spent the day entertaining the ILs to keep them out of my parents’ hair while they cook. I feel like I’ve run a marathon. So far MIL has helped out around the house by giving DS an entire doughnut and emptied my dishwasher into random cabinets before it was actually run so I had to do a dirty dish treasure hunt. Sigh. “ she means well” is my mantra today. It only just occurred to me that I’ll be having my Mom’s mashed potatoes and gravy later today. So something to look forward to! sparky85 Thinking of you! Glad you are doing well. I’ll send some good vibes to your floor mate and her little one. easternshoregirl Sorry you are dealing with that! Some ladies on my last BMB had those and as far as I remember they were uncomfortable and scary looking, but generally go away after delivery? I hope it’s not too painful!

snowyowl, thanks for the info. That sounds promising. My sis got bad ones in her legs so I was kind of expecting those but this was just a special surprise. Not really painful for me right now, just soreness.

I found support belts helped when it was really bad. It made sex (and post-sex) really uncomfortable. ❤️

Oh that is also good to know about the support belts. There isn't a whole lotta sexin' (read: none) going on here so that isn't really an issue. Poor DH.
