I used to swear by Better Than Sex, but the formula would dry out too fast and become clumpy. After 2 bottles, I went back to my tried and true Maybelline True Volum Express (yellow tube). However, I recently got a sample of Tarte's Lifted Sweat Proof Mascara, and I'm loving it! I love the sweat proof mascara but I really dislike that it only comes in brown. I need black mascara. YES! I was sad when I found this out. It still shows Up pretty dark on my lashes, but black makes everything better haha

And to add on to what Cher said, I have found that I honestly don't need to.

Cher , and @anyone else.. What is a good one that I can get from Sephora for someone who has sparse fine shorter lashes ? I'm returning the Sephora one I got.. Well, my jam right now is the Sephora favorites box where you get 5 minis and a voucher to pick up a free full-size of the one you like the most. It was $28 USD. I got it mainly because I like minis so that I don't dry out a big full-size tube and waste too much product, but I also like that you can try out a few kinds. Mine has Tarte, UD, Bobbi Brown, Lancome & Buxom. I love the Lancome one on my lashes, which aren't short but pretty sparse. The brush has great lifting power with its shape. They're all pretty gorgeous in their own way though. Buxom doesn't make mine look super thick, but long and clump-free with ease. The Tarte can be clumpy if I'm not gentle but it makes them thick and gorgeous if I am careful. Mine was online but they have the boxes in stores, too! Might be a fun way to try a few and have tons of minis to work through and last forever!

I got that mascara sampler yesterday thanks to you guys.
So far I've only tried the Tarte one, but I really like it!

I've finally decided to try BTS, but I got the waterproof version to hopefully avoid smudging under my eyes.

I don't know what this is, so I'm guessing no. LOL It's a separate mascara wand. It's supposed to be brushed on to 'melt off' waterproof mascara. I liked BTS, I just haven't bought the melt off stuff because It's expensive! Oh, no I haven't heard of that. I use a makeup remover that contains oil to help break up the mascara.

I use Diorshow primer and YSL babydoll and have no complaints. Lancome primer is good too. I feel like it's a nice, natural look and really doesn't smudge. Put it on last night and pretty much looks the same after sleeping. This is a must for me because I wear makeup maybe a couple times a month and never bother to take it off.

Ooh, I've been wanting to try something new! I also would like to know if you're supposed to wear a certain shade based on hair/brow color or just stick to basic black (which is what I've always done? I currently layer these two, but lately the False Fiber seems a little dry, maybe I need to switch to a primer:
