I'm sorta here. I've ben embracing my gym time when I can. I need a cardio day (did strength Sat, Sun & rest day yesterday) so I'm going to check out the cardio from this week.

I am still here. I did day 51 yesterday. The previous workout was the one you all had been talking about with board short daddy...that was obnoxious. Glad it's over at least!
I can't believe you guys only have two weeks left. That's amazing! What are you all going to do next? I know we talked about this a little a while back but I was just curious if anyone's plans had changed.

I know we talked about this a little a while back but I was just curious if anyone's plans had changed. I'm still trying to figure it out. I think I'm going to do 30 day shred because I own it already and I have four weeks until vacation. I might buy the Surge week for my last week before vacation. When I come back, I might try this bootcamp by my house because I just found out they have 5:25 am classes. But I'm not really sure.

Sorry I've been MIA. We did a lot of traveling in October and I didn't workout. My plantar fasciitis is really bad right now so I haven't been exercising due to that as well. I started seeing a podiatrist and got a cortisone injection today so hopefully I will be able to start back to it again soon. I'm several weeks behind though. I wonder if I should just start back to the beginning.

Ok. I did the fit test and half of the last week 11 cardio before I died.
I'm trying not to push myself too hard, but still keep up. I think a half workout is better than nothing at this point.
I was up in speed squats and push ups, but definitely petered out.
I am also down in weight, despite being on my period and not food tracking this week, so I'm taking that as a win.

I almost think I'd get a lot more motivation by starting back up with "easy" workouts. Phase 3 has been tough because I'm still really out of shape lol. But I feel like damn, I could rock phase 1 now. 6 months of Briana may be too much, but overall I do like the workouts and format, and I'm too lazy to create my own weekly routine with other YouTube videos. I need to make it as easy as possible for myself.

I'm here, but a couple days behind. I'm planning to do a double tomorrow and then will only be a day behind. I'll probably finish a couple days behind schedule, which I'm fine with.
I'm not sure yet what I'll do next. I do want to try her Surge week sometime in January. I might jump into 6.0 starting at day 30 or something.
I just spiraled on Briana's IG page and I want to try some of her other programs. And cute, chubby Arwyn is giving me baby fever and I already have a baby!!

All one can hope for really. I did 51 yesterday and was awful. It was lower body, and one I have done before without issue, but I just couldn't get into a rhythm last night. I get out early today so I am going to try to do 52 earlier in the day. I think it's cardio so it's not going to be fun.

I need to make it as easy as possible for myself. You could keep your heavier weights, and add in 15s cardio sets during the rest times, if you start at Phase 1. I bet that would still be a good work out, especially to get you through the holidays.
