I posted in the week 9 thread, but I did 64/65 today.
It's "harder" because there is less rest, but I felt like I could do it more easily, because times were shorter.
It definitely went faster and while I was sweaty, doubling up wasn't as big of a deal, because it's more cardio and not super strength sets that made me jello.
My plan is to double tomorrow and double Friday, because I work Wed and I'll be gone all day Thu.

I completely fell off the wagon, then sat by and ate my weight in candy. But I restarted at the beginning of last week, and I finished the first week today! I'm trying to get my beginning of the week to start on Monday so I may double up a couple times this week.

I am having a really hard time keeping up with this program at this point. I’m not doing them as often as I’d like and am getting in heavy work outs in the gym. I think I’ll start again and try to be a little more intentional about working out at home and then doing my normal at the gym.

If you're actually working out hard at the gym, these aren't even near that caliber. Skip days you go hard at the gym or do a double now and again. This is like beginner, start from the bottom HIIT.

I jumped ahead & did day 64 this evening. I like the format, but 1 leg pogo hops are HARD!! I started on my left leg & by the time I figured out what it was & stopped falling over the 15 seconds were up!

I got up early & did day 65. I barely looked at the exercises so when the side plank crunch things came up, I had no clue. I subbed with bicycle crunches and pike crunches. I have to practice those without the timer. I also had a few (but only a few) extra minutes before I had to get in the shower so I did Jessica Smith's 5 min cardio. I like the tabata format.

Day 64 + Jessica Smith abs done.
Woof. I don’t know if I even got a good workout because I was mostly a mess at the moves and transitions. Morning workout problems, you can’t be half awake for this format. Lol.
Hopefully I pull it together. I also stayed at 8 lb weights because my target only had one 10 pounder so I’m still hunting for the second one.

@juliagulia, I stayed at 8 because I didn't pick up new weights yet (I have been going above 8 lbs when I'm at the gym). I've found workout gear & weights at TJ Maxx in the past.

Ugh. I did my newest cardio format (I am at 35? 36?) and it was not pretty. I did a quick elliptical workout after but I am struggling with a cold so I am not at my best.
I got new shoes for the workouts but I don't love them. I feel like they have even less support than my running shoes and I was looking for more support. They made it so my elliptical didn't make one of my legs numb though so I guess that's good.
Anyone have any sort of workout shoes that the love? That give support when we are jumping all over the place? I am old and my knees and my back are hollering at me.

Add me to the messy Day 64 bench. I do like this format. But between figuring out how much I could handle upping my weights, the new moves, and the new format, I was struggling.

I did Day 64. I actually watched it all the way through before I started, so I would know what was going on. I wasn't feeling very motivated today and I'm hoping that's why I hated it so much. Because really, it's not that bad. But I was just grouchy the whole time and just wanted it to be over, which is unusual for these workouts. I'm hoping tomorrow feels better!

Done with 64. I do like this format. The pogo hops were sloppy. I’m sure they’ll get better. It probably would have helped if I looked ahead, lol, but oh well.

I subbed 30 min weight training at the gym for day 65. I'll pick up with cardio tomorrow. For those who like this format Jessica Smith has an 8 minute tabata cardio workout on YouTube called "Terrifying Tabata". She released it for Halloween a couple of years ago and the video pic is a photo of her dog in a costume (it's pretty adorable for something that kicks by ass).

I can't even lift 5lbs over my head. I have an old injury that just doesn't give me that range of motion. You can still get the burn and add strength without going all the way over though.

I did this for the cardio before I did it and it helped a lot. Day 65 + C25k week 7, day 2 done. Second try on that C25k day was a success.

I'm just starting week 9 this week because of vacation a few weeks back, but I did day 57 yesterday and day 58 this morning. 5 AM is usually my solo time, but H woke up at 4:45 and was all up in my normal workout space walking on the treadmill. I tried my best to be supportive and I am glad he got a workout in, but it was pretty annoying at the time. However, I hauled my gear out of the way and put any anger to good use and really pushed myself the whole time and went for a hard run after. I think I might count that as cardio and skip right to the fit test tomorrow.

I hiked a LOT today, so I'm skipping today's work out. Maybe I'll double up tomorrow. Looking ahead at the workouts is a good idea.

Day 65 done. I liked it! But 4 rounds eventually will be super tough. I'm scared. I liked it in the sense that 20 seconds is usually my limit before I want to die, ha. And I think my body needs that extra cardio on the strength days too, so I'm hoping I see some okay results with phase 3.
